kurt never wanted to be famous but it just happened. kurt was a legend and thats all he will be. he would have had a worse life if was still alive, it was better that he ended his pain. kurt still lives in his music because he meant what he said and im glad we at least have that.... -kc- (verdigo)

I love nirvana, andi just bought a bootleg of them today!! i wish kurt hadnt died....*sigh* neway the new cd with u know ur right on it is so ood! its all digitally remastered and all the tracks sound like this is the way that they were meant to be heard....iknow that it sounds stupid but ya know its just me!

I do respect Nirvana. I think they made some great songs and inspired many bands, but I don't think they're the greatest band in the world. My friend Vincent thinks they are, but he's just a retard. Vincent told me if he could hang out with any rock star, living or dead, he would pick Kurt Cobain. What an idiot!!!!!!!!! Kurt Cobain was a douche bag in real life!!!!!

I respect your opinions only because you respect Nirvana. But don't say shit like that. Nirvana changed the music industry whether you want to admit it or not. Anyways, Kurt did'nt kill himself Courtney did it. Think about it.......he had way too much heroin in his body to even point a gun at himself muchless pull the trigger. And Courtney still wont give up rights to the music that's why she killed him. Plus he wasn't the type of person to do that. He would have just stopped making music before he would have killed himself. Courtney had a bad temper too.

The Song-- "You Know You're Right" is the last song Nirvana ever produced. I suggest you listen to the words quite carefully and try to find out what Kurt was trying to say. In my opinion this song is written directly for his daughter, Francis Bean, and Kurt is telling the child that death is ok. Death is what he had to do. Death is all right. I have worshipped nirvana since i was 5 years old, my uncle bought nevermind 4 me back then and I still never get bored listening to it. Bleach is a better record than nevermind though.

Nirvana was the most awesome band ever....there will *never* be a better band. I love their cover of "Lake of Fire". I remember watching them with my sister when I was little...and everytime I heard "Heart Shaped Box" come on tv, I'd run into the living room to watch the video. Nirvana kicked (and still does KICK) ass!! I have to express my point of view on the whole death deal here, too...I personally think that Kurt didn't kill himself, because, like smart ass said before...he was too drugged up to have killed himself...and Courtney was jealous of him having the spotlight. Wasn't her cd schedualed to be released not too long after he died or something like that? Sorry if I'm wrong...I was just thinking that I heard that somewhere the other day. But he had a little girl...why would he purposely miss out on her life? That doesn't sound like something he would have done. But yeah, point being....Nirvana (and of course, Kurt Cobain)...changed the music scene forever...and made grunge what it is..and I have to agree with Cory...grunge died with Kurt. And Cameron...Vincent sounds like he knows what he's talkin about....if I could chose one rock star to hang out with...I'd definetly say Kurt Cobain. Okay, sorry I said so much...I just had a lot to say about the beloved Nirvana. Closing statement...Nirvana will never die.
