dude just admit it. most people in the us heard about them through bam and cky.we had no other way to. i know thats not the case across the ocean though. and cky the band kicks so much ass. just go buy IDR and youll see. bam doesnt suck, neither does the cky movies, and punks are way better the messed up goth fags. bam had permission to use the heartagram, and is partrly his symbol to, but kids should realize it belongs to him to. in conclusion cky kicks ass.

i listening to HIM right now as im typing this, and i can honestly say that i am in LOVE with this bands music. its so beautiful and so awesome. its like nothing i have never heard before. its just great. Ville Valo is a genius for his creative and thoughtful lyrics.

I would like to say that HIM is a great band! And yes, i hear all these people saying stuff about CKY and what not. I would just like to thank them for introducing me to this GREAT band. Personally i like them way better than CKY but i do like CKY. And actually i heard of HIM before CKY from my friend Anna. Great girl. She alwasy talked about them so one day she let me hear them. Then i saw them in one of the CKY videos and now i listen to them all the time. So, uh yeah. Thats all i have to say. Thanks for reading.

Oh, and to the guy bashing bam. I have never heard of the heartagram referred to as teh bamagram. And by copying ville he is paying him respect. Whats that phrase "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" or however it goes. So why do you have to get down on the man cuz he really likes the band. Uh yeah thanks again.

How very true, because I believe that Bam has a right to wear and display the heartagram because he is only trying to respect and show that he likes Valo and the band. I mean, Am I a poser because I have the heartagram tattooed on my back? I don't think so.... I also am only trying to respect Ville and show that I will forever love His Infernal Majesty. We as humans only try to imitate others because we like them or show respect for them. I think everyone should just stop fighting, and they should just listen to the music and enjoy life.

You guys know that H-I-M is no longer..... They are now oficially called H-E-R because Jimmy Pop has signed them to an American label (thank god) and there is already a band from Chicago named H-I-M and they SUCK ASS!!!! So make sure when their new CD's come out, to buy the right ones!!!!! KEEP EVIL ALIVE!!!!

Latelly HIM became more "popsy" then they were in the early '97. Year 2002 made them worse (but never the worst!)
I bought their 2 last albums just because i love them as ppl and coz i know them ever since.
For those who say "HIM became popular just because of CKY" - i bet u come from USA or around, coz in Europe they r popular for years and years with their own music and not coz of CKY. And Bam - videos made by u suck! Bliah, man, u left a bad influence on the band.
For seekers - check the 1st album! that`s what HIM is about!

U guys know nothing about this band! u got to know them a year ago or whatever and u think u r great fans and stuff ??? No way! We follow them year by year (i also know them since 1997). we just see (and accept) the changes they make. Bam Margera helped them became popular only in USA and US. Europe took them as they were and never forced them to change their name or style just coz a country doesnt understand the music (such as US).
I`m not asking who agree and who doesn`t. I wont come back on this site (so all who`ll say shit about me or what i said - piss off, i dont fucking care :P )

HIM are my favourite band, my favourite songs are The Sarament, Right Here In My Arms and Beyond Redemption..I'm going to see Ozzy Osbourne in Birmingham in September mainly so I can see HIM! I've never seen them live before despite being a fan for a while (it's only just lately I've noticed Bam!) but I've been told Ville has a fantastic stage presence...
Have you all heard about the instore signing in London in September? I start college that day, so I can't go :'( So this gig is to sort of compensate for it! I wasn't gonna go before, but I've decided I have to see them, even if they are just supporting..
I can't wait, is anybody else going?

HIM is a good band, I'd just like to say. And my brother and I discovered them before CKY, so about all that jazz, I don't even think CKY made them that famous here in the US of A.. I was the only one out of the whole damn school who had ever heard them and who had heard of them. Also, they didn't change their name to HER, as someone stated a while back, "also HIM was HER in the us for a short while but now is H.I.M. so dont talk shit if you cant back it up." Which obviously means that HIM hasn't changed their name. And there are people here in the US that can apperciate that kind of music, such as myself. Sure, a lot of people I know can't understand why i'm a "punk" and I listen to "goth" music.. But, it's good music with a lot of talent put into it. Didn't Ville say that it took them about a year and a half to make "Love Metal" Most bands would just wanna get a CD on the market and spit it out around 3 months of recording. It just shows the effort HIM has put into their CD's.

HIM finally got to keep their name in the United States. Also, even though I live in the US, I have been following them since 2000, when I got Razorblade Romance. I've been hooked on HIM ever since. They're getting more popularity over here now, and I don't think it's completely because of CKY and Bam Margera. It seems like more and more people are starting to hear of HIM, and as far as I am concerned, good! They need to get known on this side of the ocean... being Europe's best-kept secret for so long... :)

Ville & Co. are extremely talented that they give shivers up my spine.
Not to mention that they're dead sexy. It sucks how HIM never comes to Toronto [or should I say Canada in general]. I've been listening to lots of types of Swedish metals over the past couple of years, and let me tell you; HIM has musically impressed me.
