Heart shaped box was inspired by a valentine gift courtney gave to kurt........

>>By jfredricks   (Thursday, 28 Oct 2004 19:18)

I wish Courtney'd die soon.
She ruined Kurt.

>>By dumpweed   (Thursday, 4 Nov 2004 13:17)

....you can't ruin a person.... and kurt had many problems so even if he didn't meet courtney, he'd still kill himself and be messed up

also, you shouldn't have a death wish for someone you've never met

>>By idontknowdotcom23   (Thursday, 4 Nov 2004 15:36)

can you imagine how much shit courtney had to put up with, she tried her best to help him! I think the unrealesed material should be out now- especially "EVEN IN HIS YOUTH" its such a class song! Gemma xXx

Courtney Love is a crap musician though.

I just bought the Journals of Kurt Cobain as a xmas present for a friend of mine who likes Nirvana alot more than me. I intend to read them first. I've read a few letters and random excerpts - it's very interesting.

>>By Flagg   (Saturday, 13 Nov 2004 15:49)

Being a true Nirvana fan I got it 1st day it came out,it's pretty interesting. You should buy every Nirvana or Kurt book you can find they're all good,if you read Who killed kurt cobain, you'll get a better insight to it with some great explanations, personally I think the case should be re-opened. I got the video Kurt and Courtney which I never thought was that amazng to be honest its ok.

Last night I read a pretty disturbing piece about how he tried to kill himself by lying on a train track with concrete slsabs on his chest and legs, and it almost worked. Makes you think.

ONE MORE DAY TIL THE BOX SET IS REALEASED!!!! HEHEHE.....

>>By odnanref   (Monday, 22 Nov 2004 16:55)

I am so getting the Set for christmas. I hope it's worthwhile though.

>>By #3loserwithpride   (Sunday, 28 Nov 2004 01:16)

I'll get that set too, and !'ve heard it is worthwhile...

$27 Dollars at Target

:-P

>>By CHARLOS   (Sunday, 28 Nov 2004 01:24)

I read in Rolling Stone magazine that Kurt Cobain dressed up in a female cheerleading out- fit with pompoms. It was the same set him and the band dressed in Brooks Brothers suits.
I was just wondrin if you fellas could show me were to get such an out of character picture of Kurt.

>>By #3loserwithpride   (Sunday, 28 Nov 2004 01:30)

I've seen a video of Kurt and Chris kissing on stage, it was on a TV special...

I have no idea about that cheerleading trans-dressing thing.

>>By CHARLOS   (Sunday, 28 Nov 2004 01:33)

yes ive seen the kiss some where..Saturday night live?

>>By #3loserwithpride   (Wednesday, 8 Dec 2004 20:26)

i never heard about that? woooooooow....i love kurt though, but i hate that stupid bitch courtney!!

>>By RaNcId_StAr   (Wednesday, 8 Dec 2004 20:43)

Courtney sucks!!

>>By zeromenace   (Thursday, 9 Dec 2004 12:54)

...a very convincing argument there, zeromenace.

Kurt said in a lot of interviews that he preferred dresses to jeans or trousers. :) i wouldn't be surprised if he dressed as a cheerleader

>>By idontknowdotcom23   (Thursday, 9 Dec 2004 20:14)

In addition to that, Kurt has also stated that he could be bi-sexual....these are his exact words...."See I've always wanted male friends that I could be real intimate with and talk about important things with and be as affectionate with that person as I would be with a girl. I mean, I'm definitely gay in spirit, and I probably could be bisexual. But I'm married, and I'm more attracted to Courtney than I ever have been toward a person, so there's no point in trying to sow my oats at this point. [Laughs] If I wouldn't have found Courtney, I probably would have carried on with a bisexual life-style."

Just by reading the first 5 chapters of Charles R Cross' Biography of Kurt, Heavier than Heaven, I could tell just how fecked up this guy was. He took drugs to get away from his problems - it is highly ironic that the teenagers of today have interpreted this as "hey look at me, i'm cool for being illegal." and have hence followed their role model without realising exactly what this guy had to cope with during his childhood.

Really? how interesting....

>>By monkeyfeet   (Tuesday, 14 Dec 2004 14:20)

most over rated band ever your all ponces

>>By stonemade   (Wednesday, 15 Dec 2004 13:01)

i agree with zosso on page 9

>>By stonemade   (Wednesday, 15 Dec 2004 13:27)

kurt.....possible jim morrison incarnate..without the math, can a lineage ever be established

>>By LINZ OF ASTRA   (Wednesday, 15 Dec 2004 20:01)

Mr Stonemade, you may be right in some aspects about Nirvana being over-rated - they are certainly not the best band to walk to planet, but they are at least one of the best. But it would have been far easier not to have caused "offence" or "insult" as well, there was really no need... think of all the things you could have done with the energy it took to type in the words : "your all ponces". At least you got your verbs and pronouns mixed up though...

>>By Tchock   (Wednesday, 15 Dec 2004 20:37)

Really? how interesting! How old are you? Its not impressive you know....

>>By monkeyfeet   (Friday, 24 Dec 2004 16:20)

i got the nirvana box set woop woop!

>>By RaNcId_StAr   (Thursday, 6 Jan 2005 22:38)

nirvana was great in the time they had , id have to say kurt wasnt the best on the guitar but hes got some of the deepest meanings behind his songs that ive seen in a while , and it sux that he killed him self but i dont think its a good thing for you guys to be saying bad things about courtney. i dont really like her but he loved her and id have to think he probably wouldnt be very apprecieative of people calling her a bitch and wishing shed hurry up and die , although he might like to see her again soon

>>By brokenvalo666   (Friday, 7 Jan 2005 01:27)

The only intelligent thing Courtney ever said was about PJ Harvey making her realise that she is rubbish and that next to the might of the incredible Polly Jean she is a mere child playing with a cheap plastic toy guitar!

Back to Nirvana though; I do think they are at least a bit overrated. If they had 'faded away' instead of 'burning out' so to speak, would they be as popular today? I don't think so somehow.

>>By Flagg   (Friday, 7 Jan 2005 20:50)

i think youre right about that , alot of people remeber them for having a cool sound and a singer that died , if kurt had just stopped playing in the band and becdame a hermit and lived somewhere deep in the mountains , i dont think the band would be as popular. but that doesnt matter , thats all pretend and make believe , kurt's dead

>>By brokenvalo666   (Sunday, 9 Jan 2005 03:43)

I didn't get the box set, I realized that with that same ammount of money (it wasn't $27 afterall, it was $48), I could buy other 4-5 Cd's that I needed more.
