did you know that swollen changed their image to a more tangible, "pretty" exterior for the younger crowds and pre-teens who latch onto bubble gum flavor, basic ideas so that record sales would explode since "little kids" make up for a larg percentage of the worlds music consuming? That means that they don't make music because of passion and creativity anymore. They do it for stardumb and money. They've lost all underground credibility. Not because they jumped into the mainstream, but because they jumped into it with their souls on the market for material things. Their flows, ad-libs, punchlines, poetic skill and word play have all drastically dropped leaving them delicate when in a battle situation but yet again, more tasty for the younger, un-developed consumers.

And about swollen signing to virgin. Battleaxe and virgin have had a 50% 50% deal going for about 3 years now, it's for money virgin does not control them.

Hey yeah I read it. I dont know if swollen is the best live show out there, but all I know is that I really like there shows. And yeah I like dilated peoples. Swollen may be turning mainstream and all..but you know I will always be a fan of Balance, Bad Dreams and Monsters in the Closet anyways. Heavy was good but its pretty different. U.S. has good music yeah.

I just went to the Swollen show last night and it fuckin rocked!! I was right up in front of the stage. I was wearing a SM shirt and Prevail smiled and pointed down at my shirt when he saw it. There was this really tall dude with dreads who was filming the crowd and shit. I thought he was just a fan but he tapped me on the shoulder and I turned around, and he was filming me. He asked how long I'd been listening to SM and all that kinda shit. I saw him up onstage later and chumming it up with the guys so obviously he was friends with them and I'm in their private vid. They put on a kick ass show, people went crazy and I took tons of pics. Best show I've ever seen, tons of energy and they really love their fans. It was cool cuz it was their first show in 5 months. :D
