cant believed they signed with virgin records!

Um... Thanks for the all caps? I don't care if I'm a "true hip-hop fan" or not, I just think Swollen Members kicks supreme ass. I'll check out some of those bands you listed though.
Anyways, yeah, I think it would be great for Swollen to be more well-known, but I don't want them to have to change their style (like they did in Heavy) in order to achieve that goal. I want them to go back to the days of Balance.

They are signing w/Virgin??? Ok I love those guys, but if they are seriously signing with them they will lose alot of peoples respect. I've been listening to SM for years, and the whole time they have been writing lyrics about how great it is to be independent, that no one owns their shit expect themselves. So if they sell out just like everyone else, that basically just ruins any credibility they had. Don't get me wrong, I'll still listen to their shit, god knows I'm a diehard. But I just think that they're fuckin hypocrites if that's what they're doing.

i want SM to get paid not to get popular because that's when they sell out! the black eyed peas,perfect example, i love ther stuff but when i got ther new LP i was like "what the ^$&#$#@????!!!!!" they did a FN song with mr. cry me a river. see Jelly Stomper this is why you got to know your hip-hop. i don't listen to the radio because they talk alot and they play the songs out, i don't know how the radio stations work in Canada, but in most places here in the US is all the same all talk and they play what ever songs are "hot" over and over. the only place that i can say has a few radio stations that i would listen to is New York.

i dont know why people hate on swollen. they're awesome at live shows. noone could beat them live. trust me i've been to 4 of they're shows. and i'm ditchin' school at the end of april to follow their tour in the west coast. my parents have no idea. me and my friends are followin them around at house shows and areanas. despite me being grounded im still goin'! im gonna get madchild to sign my other boob as ''shane bunting''so i get get it tatooed i got the other one signed as ''madchild''. it's gonna be a wicked month!
