But I think what really dictates how much you like a concert is how much you like the band. The best concert I've been to is PJ Harvey because she's my favourite artist that I've seen live. If Muse are your favourite band you'll be blown away when you see them.

Thanks Mrs. Bellamy! Awesome, then I'm counting down the hours until I see them because they are by far my favorite band. I've been hearing how great they are live...... I'm excited, woooooo-hooooo!! What are the chances of me getting Dom's drumbstick??? lol

>>By Mrs.Bellamy (Thursday, 6 Oct 2005 03:38)
but seriously, where'd all the Muse fans go?
>>By Mrs.Bellamy (Thursday, 6 Oct 2005 03:43)
They ran out of things to say about a band that hasn't done anything in ages... what's going on with Muse?
>>By Sk8a H8a (Thursday, 6 Oct 2005 09:28)
They're working on their new album, BE PATIENT SK8a H8a!
>>By Mrs.Bellamy (Friday, 7 Oct 2005 03:10)
Heh, I'll be patient and just live with the old stuff for now... I think once a band has a few albums out, there's not so much impatience for them to release more - what do you know about the next album anyway?
>>By Sk8a H8a (Saturday, 8 Oct 2005 14:23)
Not too much, just that it's coming out sometime next year...well in the U.S. anyways. I did hear a few of their new songs a while ago, and they were GREAT, but I couldn't tell ya a whole bunch about them.
>>By Mrs.Bellamy (Tuesday, 11 Oct 2005 02:09)
I like them:)

someone: TEACH ME HOW TO PLAY THE GUITAR!!
>>By Mrs.Bellamy (Friday, 4 Nov 2005 02:19)
Nevermind the guitar... I've played piano for about 11 years now... and *grr* gonna take a lot of work if I ever wanna even attempt to learn any Muse tracks... such as in Butterflie and Hurricanes... You seriously need more than one pianist for that...
And also the begining of Space Dimentia... starts easily enough... then argh! Oh well....
Guess I'll have to get practicing!

Oh and this is the first post of 2006... in March... please don't say all the muse fans have died?
>>By DamnedCause (Sunday, 19 Mar 2006 12:55)
NOPE!! Still here, yeah I LOVE the beginning of Space Dementia. Good Luck!
>>By Mrs.Bellamy (Saturday, 25 Mar 2006 02:08)

Great challenge though! :o)~
And Yaaaaaaaaaaaaay! For all the Muse fans not being dead!
Hahahahaha.

Just heard the new single...it's weird-kinda poppy but it's growing on me-quite infectious
>>By endless_nameless (Monday, 8 May 2006 18:00)
You serious? I think it's rubbish *not impressed at all*
>>By Sk8a H8a (Monday, 8 May 2006 19:50)
Yeah when I first heard it I was like wtf? But give it a few listens you'll find it sticks in your head. I think it's quite a brave move they made there by releasing such a somewhat unaccesible track-but it shows there not scared to be a bit more experimental instead of just sticking to a certain style. Muse are evolving and making music they want to do...it's not up to the fans to dictate. Can't wait to hear the album!
>>By endless_nameless (Saturday, 13 May 2006 15:00)
nah, I've listened a fair few times now and I just don't like it... it's certainly not up to the fans to dictate - I'd like to think that the music they do is music they'd like to listen to, but if we can't discuss what we like on this discussion, what can we talk about?? On hearing Supermassive Black Hole I found it hard to believe I was listening to Muse, but I've heard what is supposedly a clip of another song from the album and that's sounds A) much more promising B) a lot more like Muse C) a new direction that I like the sound of
>>By Sk8a H8a (Saturday, 13 May 2006 20:58)
well I guess you can't be expected to like every song they do. I see your point though-S.M.B.H. doesn't sound like the Muse we're used to. To be honest I was expecting something more upbeat with a huge pounding bassline but I think they knew that was what we were expecting so they decided to release something a bit different. I'd like to know where I can find these supposed Muse tracks...they've been absent from my life for too long. I always get excited when Muse release new material-there always full of suprises and bursting with creativity! I just hope the album's not as unaccesible as Absolution...I found that album a bit difficult to get my head around. Sometimes listening to Muse can be a bit of a challenge if you catch my drift.
>>By endless_nameless (Tuesday, 16 May 2006 14:50)
I don't find it a challenge, possibly because I'm a musician and can play a lot of Muse songs... Why shouldn't I like all of their songs? I like all In Flames songs, all System of a Down songs...
>>By Sk8a H8a (Thursday, 18 May 2006 00:24)
According to a review, Supermassive Black Hole sounds alright in context, sooo... let's be patient...
>>By Sk8a H8a (Thursday, 18 May 2006 01:55)
endless_nameless: you were actually right! After listening to it as part of my Muse playlist and not noticing it come on, I did enjoy it more... can't say it stuck in my head though...
