I just red your profile Wednesday, so you're only 15? :O I really want to believe you that you're a friend of Ville and Bam but I'm sorry for being suspicious still... but you're so lucky! :D
Err... yeah, getting lost in Helsinki happens a lot :P though once you've been there you practically know where to go and how to find the right places... oh, can you speak Finnish? I bet Ville has taught you some swear words, right? ;)

Ok, so here's the story, if you still don't believe me, I don't care because I know I'm friends with them, or at least Bam. My mom and Bam's mom became friends when they were younger and they used to come over a lot when my parents were still together. Bam would come too, I was really young then, but he taught me how to skateboard and we've been close ever since. So then for my 15th birthday Bam said he'd call somebody for an awesome surprise, knowing I liked/like HIM and was/am in love with Ville he flew me to Helsinki to meet him and stay at his apartment for a weekend. I got there Friday night, still not knowing what was going on until Ville met us at the airport. Then we left on Sunday night. So there you go. =D

Hah, I can't speak Finnish but Ville was trying to teach me some things, I really paid no attention to it though, haha.

Ok... your story seems very believable :) and to be honest, it's not my business is it true or not and doesn't affect on my life... oh but don't you think Ville felt bad that you didn't wanna learn Finnish? see, it's very important for a Finn that foreigns learn all the important swear words, lol. Like Bam who was swearing in a HIM-document in Finnish and that was just funny cos he couldn't say anything else but dirty words, lol.

Haha, I never actually told him I didn't want to learn Finnish. I would never dream of offending him, haha!! I sort of played along with it though. I can't remember a word of it now though. I was trying to teach him some swear words in French then and it was the funniest thing because of his accent, the words sounded so terrible. That's how I sounded with the Finnish as well because I have a French accent mixed with a slight New Yorker's accent, it's quite funny.

I remember Tom Araya (Slayer) saying "Perkele" in an interview made when Slayer and Slipknt were performing here in Finland. Jonathan Davis and James (Korn) said also "Perkele" in an commercial for their Greatest Hits album. And about dozens of other foreigner bands have learned the word "Perkele" while doing gigs in Finland.
So what we've learned today people? "Perkele" is the coolest word in finnish!

"Perkele" means.... Saaaaatan... muahhahhaaa! it's an ancient God in Finnish mythology actually. Like a Finnish version of Devil, the source of all evil, lol. And it should be pronounced "PERRrrrrrkele!" lol

It was about a year ago, for my 15th birthday ... which was in August. I was pretty shy at first, until I started to get to know Ville, then I was alright. I'm a rather shy person any way, whether I know the person or not. Hah ... Ville taught me "perkele"!! Yeah, he had garbage bags on the windows because he liked the privacy of it and he didn't see the need for curtains or blinds. He also didn't have a bed ... just sort of a mastress on the floor, but that's how my bed is too so I can't say a whole lot. He, nor I, can see the use in a bed frame, it's so gaudy!!

Anyways, I love Ville Valo in a totally non-homosexual way. I appreciate his music and he's really one of my greatest influences when I'm writing a song. You could say he's definitely one of my idols, haha.

we shud all make suggestions and post them...
my suggestion is still that we need to find someone that does animation... PREFERABLY MANGA STYLE... and get them to make a HIM cartoon for tv.... of course... we will come up with the story lines... and everything... and we'll need to get the bands approval... but once we're up and running.. it will be awsome!!!
just an idea,,,
wednesday...ask bam what he thinks...and get him to mention it to the band!!!???

Hah, yeah ... I've been hearing about a lot of awesome things in the works for the show, and music video concepts for HIM's new record!!
That was the only thing I was kind of sad about ... I don't know Finnish ... haha. I don't really know the concept for the "would-be" show either, I just know it's crossed Bam's mind, and he may seem like a Grade A slacker on the show, but trust me, when he wants something done, it gets done.
