How can you diss the bass guitar? All the best bands have a bassist. It's an awesome instrument. Judging people as musically unaware because they play bass is unreasonably prejudiced.
Rammstein are awesome, and I guess they always will be. Their style hasn't changed much over the years - it's still great. Yeah, it does sound a bit like techno and the sounds are produced by a synthesizer, but it sounds damn good anyway.

You are right again, Sk8a H8a. It's the way music sounds that is we must judge, surely it's unimportant how much 'talent' it takes to produce.

Also, the bass is obviously important to music, and i don't think someone's opinion can be invalidated, by what instrument they play. (I hope not.)

Campking, its better than having a guitar teacher that knows jack shit, so yes, that does say somthing about me, good guitarists learn from good guitarists.

I thought good guitarist taught themselves... just to name a few: Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Johny Winter, the guitar player of Tool (and some more) are mostly auto-didact.....
Actually most good guitar players I know didn't have any lessons ever, but from a book and from their own ears..
But you must be right.........

Live-Aus-Berlin, I was actually just pointing out that you didn't tell us your age. You said you were '!$' years old. Heck I'm only 15 myself, so why would I say you knew nothing at 14?
To be honest, I don't know if guitarists who have taught themselves are generally better. I could argue either way.
But I'm not really in the mood for arguing, so let's all be nice, huh?
