they're industrial metal and no rock!!!!
the word scheisse is easy to pronunce and it sounds good.i use it a lot of times even though we have our own word with the same meaning.but it sounds better in german.
and it's scheiße!!

dark_night, rock isn't just alernative rock you know. Rock is a category, and within it are several sub categories. Rock includes: Punk, Metal, Alternative, etc.
But if you find it offensive to call it rock, okay... then we will call it music :)

The music that I don't understand is Rap, I hate it. And now that rap is so big people are starting to talk more and more like the people who do rap, what ever happened to real English ???

Not a clue. Rap doesn't have any meaning. Any idiot can write a song about smacking a girl, and treating them like total shit. Whatever happened to the days when women thought being called a ho was offensive? We got all these little kids wanting to be a "hardcore gang banger" that the little boys think 'ho' is just another word for women, and the girls want to be "hoochie mamas." I dread the days when these 9-10 year old kids grow up thinking shooting people is acceptable, and women will be opressed and not know it. Rap influences ignorance and what not. At least metal, like rammstein, sing about emotions.

WHAT ??????? Undertone, WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT ???? Rammstein is the best band !!!!!! They are not even comparable to all to those so called "Musicians" that people whom have no taste in music at all listen to. You don't like rap because it's not proper English? Well, you're a fine one to talk, considering you listen to Rammstein... Which songs of theirs contain proper English?? And no, I don't include "Links 2 3 4". One word does not qualify as sense. And Rammstein sing about "Now little children, pay attention! I am the voice from the pillow!" What kind of emotion is that?? The emotion of desiring to be in bed with a child? There's a word for that sort of thing... Not to say that I don't like Rammstein, of course. I think they're awesome, especially the keyboards.

Yes, I am saying that rap isn't proper English. Rammstein can sing better English then those fucking rappers, saying shit like 'Yo, sup dog,' I mean what the fuck. It is like none of those god damn rappers took language arts in fucking middle school, or at all for that matter. Rammstein sounds good when they sing in English, unlike rappers who sound terrible, what is the point of rap any way ?????

Yes, and I took language arts, whatever that is and yet you can still see the major problems within my English... *sarcasm* Rap is better English than Rammstein. Rammstein is not English at all. It's German. GERMAN. Not English. Most rap is in English. Not German. ENGLISH. Got that?

Rammstein. A wonderful song, a wonderful band and it could have been a wonderful album if they hadn't called Herzeleid "Herzeleid". But then, I suppose it's a kind of concept album and the title "Rammstein" really wouldn't fit with that. It just sounds cool, doesn't it?

Rammstein is another word for a dick.
Most people say that the band is named after a planecrash at an air show at the American base in Ramstein, Germany. (where 80 people died)
Herzeleid means "heart pain", sorrow.
Links 2 3 4 is (to me) one of their best songs, although it is brought quite spooky. (when they let the public chear, on the Lichtspielhaus-DVD. That in perticular reminds me of that funny little man with a small moustache).
