Kurt Cobain

and i'm not saying that he was for sure a christian...i'm just assuming that from all the references he made to christianity...
>>By odnanref (Tuesday, 25 May 2004 23:41)
Then why did he say "God is gay"?
>>By Sk8a H8a (Wednesday, 26 May 2004 01:34)
the same reason he spray painted "homo sex rules"...just to piss off the people at Aberdeen....he said that he just like to "fuck with people cuz Aberdeen was so depressing"....
>>By odnanref (Wednesday, 26 May 2004 16:20)
Hahahaha that's a great spirit!
>>By Sk8a H8a (Wednesday, 26 May 2004 16:35)
He spray painted god is gay on vehicles too. Then he would get up early in the morning to see the people rant about it as they washed it off. He thought it was funny. i should do that sometime. i live around alot of naive hic people who think the bible is all fact....

gona say what always.........DO NOT GET OBSESSED WITH KURT.......he is dead....do not go crazy like someone i know.......please...
>>By HY - (Friday, 28 May 2004 23:04)
Kurt is most likely the right hand of god right now
>>By Vavin (Saturday, 29 May 2004 05:43)
I don't think God has a right hand... it's more likely that he appreciates each individual human in their own way. Kurt was special, sure, but in the end he's only human. What's wrong with being obsessed with Kurt?
>>By Flake 1.6 (Saturday, 29 May 2004 13:14)
your right its much more likely that kurt is god
>>By Vavin (Sunday, 30 May 2004 18:40)
haha yeah
>>By idontknowdotcom23 (Sunday, 30 May 2004 22:40)
Kurt is not God... we've discussed this already.
>>By Sk8a H8a (Sunday, 30 May 2004 23:39)
fine you pray to your god and i will pray to mine so if you see me with amini kurt cobain statue in my living room say nothing of it
>>By Vavin (Monday, 31 May 2004 23:00)
I forgot to mention that the song where he says "God is gay" is called Stay Away and it's on Nevermind. That's a really cool song - I just never noticed the "God is gay" part until a couple of weeks ago. It's right at the end.
>>By Sk8a H8a (Wednesday, 16 Jun 2004 16:03)
yeah i know and its covered up by a lot of instruments and kind of hard to hear :)
>>By idontknowdotcom23 (Wednesday, 16 Jun 2004 21:01)
Haha, yeah - just like the verses in Smells Like Teen Spirit. The music is so loud and his voice is a bit dull so it's virtually impossible to understand what he's saying unless you've read the lyrics already. My favourite line from that song would have to be "Our little group has always been and always will until the end" - that's one of the ones they put in the album cover! How come they only put some of the lyrics in there?

Kurdt Kobain - what's that about? I mean, it's the same guy, obviously. He drew the picture on the front of Incesticide and played guitar and sung on Bleach.
>>By Sk8a H8a (Saturday, 26 Jun 2004 13:02)
Kurdt Kobain was the name Kurt chose as a stage name. It didn't catch on!!
>>By kurts_boiler (Thursday, 22 Jul 2004 23:12)
haha yeah he did have a ton of different spellings for his name...but everybody still knows him as Kurt Cobain...i wonder if he was dissapointed about that...
>>By idontknowdotcom23 (Friday, 23 Jul 2004 19:03)
one word GOD
>>By MetalBladeRecords (Saturday, 24 Jul 2004 18:11)
Euhm, god?
>>By Campking (Saturday, 24 Jul 2004 20:59)
there's a lot of talk about Kurt's religion. I honetly think he must have believed in some sort of god. At least in his early life. However I also believe that do to the hardships of his life he had kind of forsaken god by the end of his time....I don't think that his religion should matter much...(Oh and on the last pageit said something about "Lake of Fire" and excuse me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure that The Meat Puppets originally wrote that song and they were just doing a cover on it.) I really don't think that his religion matters too much. I honestly don't believe that he was all that religious anyways.
>>By happiness...man (Sunday, 25 Jul 2004 00:47)
yeah, i said that they chose to cover 'lake of fire' for mtv unplugged..i never said they wrote the song.
>>By odnanref (Monday, 26 Jul 2004 16:23)
oh...sorry I didn't read your message thoroughly enough then. I still doubt he was very religious and even so...who cares? Kurt was Kurt, reguardless of his religion he was a tortured....yet talented soul.
>>By happiness...man (Monday, 26 Jul 2004 20:30)
yes that is very true happiness...man. i dont think he really had a religion though...
>>By idontknowdotcom23 (Monday, 26 Jul 2004 23:07)
By the way, he was left handed... It does NOT matter what he believed in and he did good music but c´mon! God? Isn´t that a bit of an exaturation?
>>By NoNations (Wednesday, 28 Jul 2004 14:20)
he was left handed? didnt know that! and you're right, no it doesnt matter what he believed in...
>>By idontknowdotcom23 (Wednesday, 28 Jul 2004 19:08)
he believed in heroin and shame; its a never-ending hole that goes as deep as you wanna dig losing more hope with every inch. try it sometime!
>>By 8drummer8 (Saturday, 31 Jul 2004 22:53)
Kurt was not god, kurt was a talented junky who married a whore who then sold him down the line for fame and fortune. Its a pity he died but a bigger pity that courtney lived....
>>By monkeyfeet (Monday, 6 Sep 2004 14:25)
It's a bigger pity that Kurt died. I'd rather they were both alive than both dead...
>>By Flake 1.6 (Monday, 6 Sep 2004 16:17)
they're makin a movie entitled 'last days' surrounding the events of what people believe kurt did on his 'last days'...i cant wait to see that
