What i think about Ja's music, is that he got these catchy tunes that i like. He ai't that good rapper,but the melodies and great pop-choruses on the songs are pretty cool...
About the guy himself... I think he tries too hard to be "next Pac". I mean, first of all, he is way too meinstream. Not that there's somethin' wrong about mainstream, but Pac didn't represent that. Pac waz rappin' about real feelings, the real life ect. Ja's style is more about "Get down bitch, I'm a thug serial killa"... Also that feud with 50, Eminem and Dre is just givin' Ja more negativity from the rap fans. Ja should just drop that beef and except, that he ain't Tupac, he ain't the greatest rapper of all time, he ain't a killa....
But still, i like his music (some of it) and i don't personally got nothin' against Ja Rule.

To put it quite bluntly, Ja Rule is a pile of shit.
Him and those like him, represent everything i hate about music.
His rapping is talentless, he walks round like the emperor of rome, despite being nothing more than a man who cashes in on idiots like some of the people on this board. And his videos are completely corny, as is pretty much everything about his image.

what i think about Jeffrey Atkins aka Ja rule, he is a prick and is a fucking wanna be Tupac, yeah he can fucking talk about the streets all he wants and think he lived that way well that wanna be rapper is nothing but a pop singing bitch. I agree with Metal Blade..." I actually generally don't like rap a lot but the only rap that I don't despise is 2pac. I don't really listen to it much but growing up in Hawaii I've heard a shit load of it and I used to listen to him. Ja Rule is a joke. I really don't understand how people can like music that has no meaning and be obsessed over an artist musically because he's "sexy" or "has a sexy voice" it's a sad situation that mainstream music is in right now and that's why if you think back: How long did the Backstreet Boys last? How 'bout the Spice Girls. I haven't seen anything about them in years. It's the real bands like Zeppelin, the Grateful Dead, The Beatles, bands that actually made music and not just sold records because they "had sexy voices". I'm not here to judge. Just to express my views and hopefully shed light on some poor confused youth. (heh, not that I'm not a poor confused youth as well.)
