Tues. May 6,03 I had the most amazing evening. My husband, my sister and I met Vern in downtown Nashville. We had the honer of talking to this man for quite awhile. He was so funny , kind and just the best. He kept us laughing the whole time. I guess I just wanted to share that with anyone that reads these emails. My husband and I just moved here and that will certainly be one of the highlights of our new life here in Music City.

I had the honor and privilege of taking Vern to the concert in Kansas City, Ks in April where he was supposed to have been drunk....well let me tell you people something.....I picked him up at his front door in Nashville and returned him to the same place Sunday afternoon. This man was never more than 50 feet away from me the whole weekend. He never touched anykind of a bottle except for a bottle of water that was given to him by my cousin which was sealed and had never been opened.

What some of you people don't seem to understand is that he is a walking, talking, singing, songwriting miracle. He has been with me on numerous occasions, spent time in my home for several days and I think I know this man pretty well HE WAS NOT DRINKING....SO PLEASE GET OVER IT.

I love Vern Gosdin ,started listening to him in 1989 and had to catch up on all his music. I keep hoping I'll get to see him in concert someday soon.That mans voice weakens me to the core.Ive never heard anything so beautiful and the expressions in his eyes for those lucky enough to have met him could say 1000 words. That man has given so much to the country/music industry its amazing. And I'm so glad that he's healthy again.

THANKS VERN FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO COUNTRY MUSIC. I HAVE YOUR MUSIC AND LISTEN TO IT OFTEN. WE HAVE SEVERAL COUNTRY MUSIC DANCE HALLS IN THE SOUTH AND IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU WOULD COME HERE. I WAS VERY LUCKY TO SEE VERN GOSDIN'S LIVE CONCERT IN LOUISBURG KANSAS IN MAY 2003. THE PERFORMANCE WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I FEEL THAT EVERYONE THERE SHOULD FEEL VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE SEEN A LEGEND IN A RARE APPERANCE. I KNOW I DO !. VERN IS STILL " THE VOICE ".

I saw a music video of Vern on the old TNN when it was the Nashville Network and
also saw one on CMTV a while back.They are rare but I'll bet if you wrote CMTV etc they could point you in the right direction. He sure does have eyes that melt yer soul. We love ya Vern , Time for you to do Billy Bob's here in Ft Worth.

I had the pleasure of seeing Vern in concert in Knoxville, Tenn twice..The first was a tour with Conway Twitty, George Jones and Vern! ~WOW~!!! What a show that was!!!
Simply fantastic from beginning to end!!:) Three super stars all in one package..Doesn't get any better than that!!!!!
Then I saw Vern, Conway and Charlie Daniels in concert..
We stayed for Vern and Conway, but when Charlie came out, the crowd was a little too loud for me..we only went to see Vern and Conway anyway!:)
I had the pleasure of running into Vern in Gatlinburg, Tenn. as well..
He is a simply wonderful person...and ~The Voice~ will never be forgotten!
Vern, your simply the best.
He has Sooo many wonderful songs, it would be hard to pick one over the other as a favorite, but the song "Chiseled in stone" simply rips my heart out!!

I have been a huge fan of Vern Gosdin for many, many years. Through his music he has helped me cope with and overcome so many things in life. There have been many times that I was able to take comfort from knowing that someone else felt the things that I felt or had been through what I had been through. It taught me that the things I encountered in life were experienced by others as well and helped me feel less alone. I know of few other artists who write and perform at his level and truly believe that he set the standard by which all good country music should be judged by and I appreciate him and his work very much.

Vern is wonderful! His music in incredible! His album "The Voice" is not available. However, it will be released soon under the GoldRhyme label and titled "Back In The Swing of Things." This is a FANtastic album.

I have never met vern in person, never even seen him in concert. I have just always loved him. It started when i was a little girl. I play his cd's over and over. Big deal what i look like, who says you are suppost to look at certain way to be a fan!
