I think its difficult to find good stuff, and their stuff is good. I don't usually go on quests, but I went on a qwest to get the goods this time, it was long and difficult, but now I am equipped and ready to recieve...ha ha ha

>>By SPiTaK   (Saturday, 15 Feb 2003 01:26)

>>By Audio Jihad   (Tuesday, 18 Feb 2003 22:47)

The Shizit broke up because they weren't working well together, its as simple as that. JP is working on new stuff and is going to record some of it in April of this year as he intends to have a demo made by next year to shop around at some of the labels that he can actually respect. I'm glad to hear that Glasgow is still full of shizit fans though.

>>By MCCitrusApple   (Friday, 21 Feb 2003 23:22)

its pretty gay that they broke up. they were one of the best bands ive heard in a long time. it sucks dude.

Damn, I first discovered the shizit on mp3.com about 2 months after they formed and just had a few tracks like my machine and POS posted. I couldn't believe the kind of music I was hearing. I never liked techno or anything about it, I've always been a metalhead, but the Shizit was so different, and they did whatever the hell they wanted musically and it sounded fucking tight.
since than I followed thier music all the time, ended up buying both albums they ended up selling on mp3.com and bought the awesome Soundtrack for the Revolution. I even frequented thier message board and had a chance to talk to the guys. Smartest damn musicians I've ever known.

So anyways, Shiz Fan, does JP have another website, perhaps? I sure as hell want to hear his new shit when it comes out.

If dis band would've kept things together...companies such as ID software..in the game development field, couldve taken them for their next release Doom 3, they had more shit going on with their music than i hear Nine inch nails ever pull out with quake 1, now. on the music sisde, the idea of incorporating futuristic hardcore shit like that is just simply genious! Nothing like them out there...Shiz Fan, get this..talk to JP, there is something big out there for them. Life of an artist is hard to ge tby these days, i know myself, im a drummer for a local band, i do music like that too, and it takes a head and an attitude to pull this kindda shit...

Augh, dear zombiejesus on a pogostick, I am gonna miss The Shizit!! Heard them a year ago when they were BOTM for theprp.com, and absolutely fell in love. These guyz are the ultimate in revolution music, hell, just for fukkin' moshin' they had it all! When I heard they were quitting, i wanted to scream. I went and turned on So.F.Te.R full blast and screamed my bloody lungs out. JP, goddamnit, go apologize to Brian and get back together. Or at least start giving us some more good fukkin' shit to listen to, because I NEED MY SHIZIT FIX!!

>>By Synthyte   (Friday, 9 May 2003 05:17)

I loved the shizit! someone please keep us posted with the new stuff by the departed members, or upcoming projects.

>>By gott   (Thursday, 22 May 2003 06:49)

i miss them.

i'm getting more and more people i meet into them - and they are always disappointed to learn there won't be any more where thats coming from.

still, Bri, JP, don't give up - keep making music that kicks butts across continents.

all the fuckers out there need waking up and we are the ones to do it.

>>By greenzxz   (Monday, 9 Jun 2003 10:21)

I am working on mixing and mastering new tracks from JP. All in all there are seven written right now, approximately three of them are finished. I will ask him if he would allow samples to be posted and see if I can find hosting as I am sure he won't care.

>>By MCCitrusApple   (Tuesday, 10 Jun 2003 18:25)

These guys will be missed - it was a refreshing breath of fresh air amidst all the negro gang rap crap...

this sucks... i finally find a band i can respect and they break up.... J.P. and Brian, for the sake of the dip$hits that listen to M.S.I. and good charlotte and call it good music get back together and blow their fukin' minds away. your $hit is hard core and extreamly intense. don't waste your tallent, the shizit was and is the most amazing band this world could ever experience right now. you were/are changing the opions of so many people. reconsider the decision you've made please!!! you guys rock!!!

>>By Jessicka   (Sunday, 29 Jun 2003 03:26)
