The Roots are straight hip-hop, if you cant feel the Roots then stick to your commercial ja rule bullshit thats corrupting the radio in the day in age. society dictates whats popular, like what you like, not because its whatever one else likes. its called originallity.

The Roots are by far the most talented hip-hop artists in the entire industry. Phrenology may not be quite as good as discs like Illadelph or Come Alive but it's still very dank. If you can't groove to the Roots, you obviously can't understand the meaning they put forth in their music and you probably have no recognition of the phat beats and sculptural rythyms they produce. Fuck everyone who can't respect the legendary Roots crew.

Almost anyone can make a stupid beat and rap to it, but these guys play their own stuff and their flows are genius, not commercial or phony
