I believe in all respects that the locusts are one of the greatest hardcores bands around. They bring a new and intresting change to the hardcore scene with their stranger sounds and how all of the members scream also makes well for it. With each member having a different sound than the other it gives a different type of sound making thier music that much more invative as well. The members themselves are also all great equilvilents to their music with their trash talking and asskicking they are made out to be some of the coolest members of a band ever seen making me like them not only for thier music, but the members themselbes. With all of this said i hope you find the locusts enjoyable and are able to agree with what i have said.

The Locust is from the beyond, drop the labels!
If you're still using the word "hardcore" your missing the whole point of the band.
Hail the swarm. Void-core.

besides the fact they are gay, they have an awsome sound. i love hard/fast/spastic grindcore, especially with synthesizers mixed in. i haven seen the locust live, but i have seen videos. they dont move around much at all. i've heard that they used to rock out, but i havent seen that, which is disapointing. i still love them.

ps. check out ed gein

who cares if they're a "trend" band, not that they are, if you say that, you're being a hypocrite by accusing people who like them for thier totally brilliant music for listening to them because they're a trend band? they're not...the locust kick
