The progressive nature the band has so clearly demonstrated since it's founding makes me believe there actually may be hope for us that despise all the the mass-produced vomit called music out there. Kovenant; I salute you!
Gi aldri opp!

Kovenant is my best band ever , they rule with every style they do , "in time" and "nexus" were the best black metal albums around , then "animatronic" is the best mix between black metal and the industrial music , and now "SETI" is the best space industrial gothic metal .

lets just face the truth , specially those people who doesn't like the new album , lets say you all don't like industrial or some electro styles , and that the Kovenant were better when they were only Black metal . but the truth is ! that the Kovenant were the "best" on that new style , I believe there is no other band can beat Kovenant in every style it takes or go to its path . in black metal they were the best in the mix between it and industrial they also were the best , and now in the space industrial they also great on it , lets just forget about our own opinions , for example I didn't like the new album very very much like the other albums , but I know and believe that the kovenant were really really exellent in there new style ( although it is not my type ) .

and other thing , those who didn't like the new album , I can tell them , stop annoying the kovenant by saying those bad things about them , and go listen to the old albums , they didn't vanish yet , you can buy them and enjoy them ;)

and lets face the truth in other thing , see for example : Cradle of filth , I like that band , but didn't we got bored from the same style on every album ? although they are good .

hope anyone got my point on that , and lets just don't take it that serious problem that the Kovenant changed their styles , and by the way : alot of bands have changed their styles lately , so why only Kovenant took the shit comments :P

see you all

Look i came up with Hovenants work just by accident. I foun animatronic on some cd and i was impresed but now listening to Seti jesus man that shit sucks. Come on "the planet of the apes" sheesssss give me a brake. Yea they changed their style so what so did Therion but they stayed OK but noooooo not Kovenant god damn them.

Conckusion is simple:
Old Kovenant - yeah
New kovenant (covenant bla bla) - set on fire

I like all the albums The Kovenant made. Although I like the re-mix album of "In Times Before The Light" most. Many people say that album is an easy way to earn money, but has anyone listened to the brilliant keyboards the band added to the album? The are very complex and made the album much darker and atmospheric. Especially on the songs "Dragonstorms" and "Visions Of A Lost Kingdom." At the same time they managed to give the listener a glimpse of "the new Kovenant" which has a more techno sound. This re-mix album is a real masterpiece. And the rest just KICK ASS too.
