talib kwali is by far one of the most talented artists...second only to Nas. If the two of them got together they could come up with some crazy shit. Also, whoever said that talib ought to do a song with ja rule is out of his element, i would consider that as an insult. Ja rule is the most uncreative artist, all he does is stupid songs with weak beats and chicks singing the hooks everytime.
