I did'nt know Superchick made music videos.I thought they just sang songs!I never seen any of they're music videos but would love to!

I don't know if i would call them punk or not. But i do know that I like their music because it helped me through some really hard times. When I was upset with some friends. And by the way, it is extremely rude to cuss at people just because we like this band. Maybe you should try going to church sometime!!

I first heard Superchick on the alien (102.1 FM - Mt. Vernon) and I love them! Their music makes sense and it sounds good. They rock!

A barlow girl is a real person. The Barlow girl's were twin sisters that the Superchick band met. They liked them so much that they wrote a song about them. I would sure like to have that happen to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I'm Sarah!!! I absolutely LOVE SuperChic(k) I'm ugly... but they help me feel like I'm not. I got my shirt signed by them, and me and my 2 best friends did something on them in the talent show in our school. We did it on the High School song from Last One Picked. We acted like we were in high sChool. I like barlow Girls form Karoke Superstars. And real and One and lonely, from Last One Picked

I went to LifeFest in Oshkosh WI. in 2001 and Superchick was there!!! That was the highlight of the week! I love them so much. And they have great messages in their songs. Praise God for them!

Ummmm...when I heard the song "One Girl Revolution", off of the Legaly Blonde2 comercial I really liked the lyrics and the beat. So, Imeaditally I searched for it on LimeWire(A MP3 sharing network software) When I typed in the title I found the artists name,SUPERCHIC[K]. Then I found other songs by the band and, they were also catchy, unique, "rocki'n", and I really liked them. Most of the lyrics I could relate to and they were nothing that has been over-done in the past, such as the new male "punk" bands. I love there sound and there message that they bring to the music industry. I can totaly relate to the song "Real" and it is very theriputic. I dont have any of their CDs but I would like to. I have downloaded most of their songs and or listened to them at

What is the tie with Superchick and Religion? I'm not trying to be intrusive or rude but, I was wondering. I am Christen and I have no problem with any religion-related music because SUPERCHIC[K] rocks!

Yeah, I really like Superchick, too. I think i first heard them at Sunday School. I think its awesome that they try to reach out to young teens who are struggling with nonacceptance. I can soooo relate to their songs because of how i often felt in late elementary and middle school - and even part of high school. Their using their musical talents toward something good.

Hey yall' !! Just wanna say that Superchic[k] Totally rules! O.k. so it's been said a million and one times know but they really do! I'm going into high school this year and i'm going to play "High School" on the first day in the car! My friend and I swapped cd's and she totally loved suprchic[k]! We always play them on the way to track meets. I was afraid my parents wouldn't like the lyrics and stuff but it turns out that my dad's favorite song is "so bright". He likes the coplicated chorus (lol). brio magazine ran an article on them a while back. It explained the whole barlow girls thing. And whut is up w/ all that antisuperchic{k} crud???? If you don't like'm than why did you take the time to let all of these other nice people know. Your just waisting energy.

i luv superchick......i saw them in concert once n they were the best cept reliant k was sweet too......i have all the cds n i listen to them all the time.........just like yall said....when im fellen down in the dumps i just llisten to the cd for a couple ah minuts n i feel so much better.....its so great like when my friends come over n they no i listen to christian music i put in thier cd n thier shocked.....its great 4 them....its great cuz u sound the same cept u guyes dont sing about love n crap......u sing about kool real stuf...n GOD...THAT ROX.....i wear my superchick9one girl revaloution) shirt to school n people really like it i think superchick makes u feel special the way God made u....lots ah other music makes u feel like your not special unless u r soooo beautiful n u have a boyfriend n crap n thats not true.....i luv u guyes so much man......God bless u guyes!!!!!! :-D

Superchick are awesome!Real good music with a real good message i can advise them to all my friends christian or not.Really encoraging for me to go out into the world and be myself, a christian girl and to stand up for myself and God really awesome and my dad loves so bright to i walked out to his office one day and he had it tured up as loud as it could go, which was pretty loud (lol)

I love superchick i first heard of them when my dad bought the wow dvd and it had their music video Barlow Girls. Then i got their first cd and i got their second one last christmas! I love them so much! Its so cool that they can sing about subjects like popularity and stuff and actually make sense to us especially me. Plus i like how they can tell us how stupid we can be sometimes when it comes to certain things. They've really opened my eyes to alot of stuff! Thanks superchick!!!!!

i just recently started listening to super chick after meeting them at a concert they gave in new mexico. i got to chat with them and received a free autographed cd. the band is really nice and their music rocks!

Superchick is an amazing band. The members are truly sold out to christ. Its amazing that they have hearts of Gold. Everyday as they sing sing and sing, and then stay after the shows to talk to the people, hear depressing stories, Its a rough life.
Whoever keeps judging the girls for dressing the way they do, you guys dont have any idea what youre talking about. First off, No one said they were trying to dress punk. They dress the way they want to dress. They walk into random stores, and get what they think might look cute on them. They didnt wake up one day and say "hey, i think i want to be a punk today" no no....They are unique girls, who like to look cute. Their music isnt even soley punk. Its a bit of Pop, Rock, Punk, Hip-hop, Raw-Garage Band, Disco, Funk...Plus whatever else you can think of. Now a days its getting more of a Rock Edge to it....but still has the Superchick Flava.
Whatever they sound like, whatever they look like, i know one thing to be true.....They will always Love Christ, and do what God wants them to do. They will also always remember to do what they do, for the ministry in helping Young People Find Who they are, and encourage them to be Real. Thats what Superchick is all about ----> The Fans.

I must say that I've been impressed by Superchick through their three cd journey. They've gone from a little almost-punk band that lived on twelve-year-old girls who thought their lead singer had "cool hair" and "awesome clothes" to a high-quality musical machine with lyrics that display real understanding of what life is really like. It's a great thing to watch a band grow like that.
My little sister got "Regeneration" for Christmas, and I must say I've listened to it nearly as much as she has. Sorry, Elizabeth. Sadly, I must go back to college soon, meaning I'll have decide between getting my own copy and eating for a week. Eating wins, but at least I'll always be able to steal my sister's when I come home. "Regeneration" is most impressive in that it has shown Superchick's ability to play outside their original style. I look forward to great things to come from this band.
I have one thing to say to critics of Superchick. OK, two. First off, don't blindly hate. There is no reason to hold them up to some standard of punk that you have arbitrarily set up. There is good music outside the punk genre, and room for variation within the genre. You shouldn't call a band "posers" just because they play something a little different.
Second, you may legitimately dislike Superchick's music. There's nothing wrong with that. Don't deny them all credit, though. A band is not worthless because you don't like them. At first, I didn't like their music either, but I respected them because of their lyrics. I'm sick of seeing every band flamed by someone who just has different tastes. I'd like to see a little bit of tolerance on these boards. That's all I've got.
