I have had the pleasure of having the sugar hill gang proform at my club. Not only do these guys love their fans, they rock the house! They are professional in every sense of the word, while still remaing REAL !
If you ever get the chance to see these guys live you won't be dissapointed, their OFF THE HOOK ! I was a fan , am a fan, and will always be a fan, of the group and the people.I wish them well in the future. God Bless,

Man Sugar Hill Gang is what got me into rap...and after listening to HEAPS of rap songs Rappers Delight remains 1 of my top choises :)

I found out about Sugar Hill Gang from my dad. At first i thought it was really strange anf then i fell in love with them. I listen to Rappers Delight every single day! I even have to wright a paper for our 7th grade class newspaper about them. Sugar Hill Gang will never end. o and just to let all u fans know that Rappers Delight is in the new movie Kangaroo Jack.

I found out about Suagr Hill Gang from Maggie the one above me. I heard their song Rappers Delight at her house and in music class. So now we are just 2 more fans of Sugar Hill Gang.

I've been a big fan of the Sugarhill Gang since my big brother gave me one of their albums. Ever since then, I've been listening to them and really enjoying their music.

It;s cool to see the younger generation appreciate one of the pioneers of Rap.Without a doubt Sugar Hill Gang started what we know today as Rap.Without them , there would be no RUN DMC, no LL Cool J, no Jay Z , 50 cent, Dr. dr, Snoop or any of these new acts.

When the first time I heard the song I was very amazed by the song. This song got me into rap and this is still my favorite rap song. I'm doing a report on them now and it's easy because I think there very good.

Hey i love sugar hil gang so much i am in love with rappers delight i think it has to be the best song ever created. When i first listened to rappers delight i was truely tuched not by the words but because the melody was so amazing and i cant even describe how amazing that song is. Thanks!!!!!!!!

u see the thing about the sugar hill gang is that theres 1 song that just blows evry ones mind and thats rappers delight.when i first heard it i was amazed ecause the beat that starts is so good.

wen i was 12 years old and i lisenend to rapper's delight .
and i thought the bass line was amazing and the rapping topped it off.
i got the sugar hill album and the grandmaster flash album.
The showdown.................an amazing album but i still didn't hav the full version of rapper's delight.
i found out the fulll version was15 min long and i was determined to get it.
and then i finally downloaded it off the net..........wot a rapping experiance.
my fav songs are rapper's delight and rappersreprise and 8th wonder.
big up to the 3 muskateers of rap big bad hank,wonder mike and master gee.
now im fourteen years old and i still hav ent stopped lisening to it

Believe it or not, the Sugar Hill Gang performed live at the Soap Factory in the early 80's, and I can be seen on their live, amateur video done in the club!. I want to find out how to get a copy of that video, if possible. I was 19 years old at the time, you do the math!
