It's just unbelivable how someone could wright a song as Silver Tongue! I got shivers in my back when I listen it, the sound world is absolutely ingenies. Thank you guys for great music. Hope to see you in some big festivals in Finland this summer.

I can say that I was very lucky that I came across a guy who is a real fan of sonata. Now I have a complete collection ( althouh it is very difficult to find any of their work in Serbia). Fucking amazing band. my favourites : wolf and raven, the blank file, weballergy, fullmoon. Still havent got a chance to hear them live but Live in Tokio is good replacement

sonata arctica - amazing! i love their work - there tunes! Some can be fast and it makes my mind go wild, the fast beat makes me happy. but they also have their slow song that bring out various emotions in me. Sonata arctica touch my senses like no other band!

It must be proudful for you finnish guys, the media plays real good bands like Sonata and Nightwish. I'm ashamed I can't say the same about crappy Brazil...

Sonata Arctica is the best metal band in the last ten years!! They did great albums like Ecliptica, Silence and the new Winterheart's Guild. I listened to this record and it's awesome!!

All i can say is that they are all exelent musisians!! The best i can wait for... (I know, i play there music). I think Tony has a grand abillity on the key's, his song's are very hard to play (Back Sheep, Gravenimage, The End Of This Chapter, etc). I culdent ask for better music, to bad that HERE, the music isent that good (SIX MAGICS! :D) but there is where im going to change the music, based on what this incredible band dose!
I use to hear Sonata with my girlfrind, but now, she has moved back to Norway, and i have no one to listen Sonata's slow (and perfect) song's!... Now, every time i play Tallulah or Full Moon, i can't stop the tears that fall of my eyes...!
For the good memorys, and the good music... Thank you Sonata Arctica

Sonata Arctica is the best band in the world!! Tony Kakkos lyrics and their music is absolutely lovely...I have got three Sonata Arcticas cd, and they all are my favourites!!! I am from Finland, and when Sonata Arctica comes to Tammerfest, I will be there... Tony, your voice is amazing, I love it!!! Keep it! I wish you everything good, and better!!!

My favorit band is not Sonata as u might expect. But its its my third. My favorit is the epic metal band Rhapsody. and my second is the solo band of cosmic symphony metal: Luca Turilli. at the four place therion will come, because one song. But Sonata is THE BEST Heavy or lelicsi Band ever. They got the name lelicsi because they play some cool strange music but is not better than epic metall.

Sonata Arctica is pretty damn cool, as of lately they've become my favorite band tied with Dream Theater and Metallica. Kakko's voice is amazing, I don't know how he hits those high notes, but its crazy. Only problem is, here in the US, I'm surrounded by punkers, and I'm the only person at my school who has ever heard of Sonata Arctica, besides, of coures, the people I've told. But... WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO COME OVER HERE? ERGHHH I'd kill to see Sonata! Well...not literally but you get the point.

Es mi banda favorita.
A pesar de tener diversos gustos de estilo en el metal, segun mi opinion, a sonata le tengo mucho cariño desde ke comenzo su carrera en Ecliptica, su mejor album.

Hey, I love SA they are one of my fav bands...for more awesome music I suggest you listen to Kamelot, Hammerfall, Mettalium, Evergrey, and Iced Earth...there are many more but those are a few personal favs... and about Mary Lou talking about a girl running away and getting pregnant, it's not sick, it's talking about her realizing she made a big mistake and she realizes she did wrong and wants to be takin back by the family she left...it's more a warning than anything...

my favorite band, i listen to it almost everyday since i first heard the song fullmoon =)
some of my favorite songs are gate of fear, the cage, thor the thundergod, kingdom for a heart, mary lou and my land
other great bands i listen to are kamelot, blind guardian, avantasia, edguy and nightwish

Check out Vanden Plas new album entitled "Beyond Daylight". i think the style is at least somewhat similar, and excellent regardless. you would also most likely like Symphony X, which is my favorite band. some other possibilities include Evergrey, Blind Guardian, and for an instrumental wonder of phenomenal music and captivating riffs leaving no one listening bored, try Liquid Tension Experiment.
