Rancid is a great band, I dont see the need to give other bands a hard time, isnt it enough that Rancid is 100% better then the try hard losers?

Oh my god! I think Tim Armstrong is like the hottest guy I've ever seen in my entire life. I so love his voice and his whole style. If I could pick to have a guy who looks like anyone I'd definitely have em look like Tim! Yummy Yummy Yummy! My type of guy!
I'm also happy that he came out another band, The Transplants! They kick ass too!

Dude, Rancid is the best! Their the coolest group of guys around. I love the fact that they stick up for the under dogs, like Good Charlotte and simple plan. I don't particually like those bands, but that doesn't mean thay suck. The new album, Indestructable is awsome! I love it. It's just as good as all the other albums. I love this band, and I'll always be a true fan of them. To the death.

Yeah, what Brody did to tim is fucked up! I totally lost my respect for the Distillers. They're a good band and all, but I think Brody is mest up. I just don't think I can get into them anymore. Thats just me though.

I have had to defend them to ignorant nay sayers on many an occaision...

Well i think that racid rocks, ..And Out Come The Wolves is a staple album and never leaves my CD player. but i was a little let down to see kelly osborn and that fuck from Good Charlet in the video for Fall Back Down. i remember seeing an interview with lars in it and he gave the typical "I AM PUN AND YOU ARE NOT" speach and basically said that unless you say fuck everyone and all the world can go to hell, stop washing your cloths and get a funky color of har then you aret punk enough to listen to Rancid. He shouldnt have some POP STARS in his video, that is the ultimate in SELLOUT, he really needs to decide were he stands and stick with it. to me Rancid has always been one of the last true punk bands out, and when i saw that it kinda made me feel that punk was on its last leg.
And i hate to single out people but Jonny man i hardly see how good charlotte and Simlple Plan can be called the under dogs, they have sold more copies of their cds than rancid has. so that point is a bunch of crap.

Yeah, GC and Simple plan sell a lot of records, but the punk community hates them. Why, cause they don't sound punk enough, and cause they go on mtv. Thats a dumb reason to not like a band. The best reason is because you personaly just don't like em. I think they are the under dogs in the punk scene. I don't care for either one, but that doesn't make it okay to call them sellouts and all that fony bolony shit.
Who cares if Kelly Osbourn is in the video!!! Rancid is making a point, and no one sees it. I think you misunderstood Lars in that interview. I've seen Rancid live numerous times, and read numerous interviews, and Lars always says the opposite of what you say he said. So double check that one. Oh, and punk isn't on its last legs, its the biggest its ever been. It won't die. It can't die.
