Any idea when Ghetto Blaster (or whatever the new album ends up being called) is coming out?

>>By sgthomas   (Thursday, 16 Jan 2003 00:36)

No precision....but it will be not on chocolate industries
but on his own label....

Who is featured on the track "3 Doctors"? The "liner notes" don't mention shit about this track.

Look forward to more great music on Skam.

So, are the tracks on "Ghetto Blaster" the same tracks the will be on "Blastback" or will they be an entirely different set?

Thanks.

JSM REPLY

Why do you feel like someone trying who works for one of Skam's distributors? But to answer your question NO, It's all new material from this year. I have a group I work with called Unstoppable Unity their going to be on the first single, It's called Anger Management on this record their will be 3 new tracks plus edits. 2 of those tracks will be on the Blastback LP plus a couple of more. I'm also on the same record doing more work with Aesop, Vast, A-butta ,Skam,L-swift ,The Weathermen featuring Cage, Yak Balls, and Copyrite as well Aceyalone , Judah Manson, Phil D Agony, Juganot ,Slug ,Illustrate , Brimstone. So keep on the lookout. It should be out by late summer early fall

ha, that's nice man. i was listening to platanos yesterday and i couldn't shake the feeling that the remix wasn't the only track you'd done on that 12". did omar ever release the original for "klinga"?

Hey... Was just what I heard... I know 7 is a con-man (the whole thing with the Eastflatbush Project SCH - see? ), Was just woried what was going on - the EPs came out so long ago it seemed obvious there were problems.
I'm just happy you have this LP on Skam. Loved the Judah Mansan rmx too. BTW, why weren't you at the ATP if it's not a secret?

>>By CCro   (Sunday, 25 May 2003 14:29)

was woody at atp? i know he's been working with skam on live stuff and his shit is fucking sick. without doubt one of the best on cut/juggle/whateverthefuck - the vestax winning routine was the illest shit i've seen in time

On "3 Doctors", the cuts were supplied by drunken.theoriez member DJ DOLO, you can find him and Illustrate at www.deadbeatrecordings.com

peace to all

The new album art is really good !! (i can't wait ....)
The next album "Blackbast" seems to be more Hip-Hop than Dirty Dozen....?
Its a bit pity because i like so much your Schematic-style....

>>By babak   (Monday, 9 Jun 2003 19:11)

Hey Babak
Don't get worried homey I'll be doing more instr joints.

>>By PBO   (Tuesday, 10 Jun 2003 03:42)

I have a question about the Japanese releases of "Dirty Dozen" and "Ghetto Blaster". Do they have bonus tracks? If so, what are they?

Also, PBO, can you tell us a little more about "Blastback"? How many tracks? How many instrumentals? How many vocal tracks? Who provides the vocals?

I'm very inquisitive today. Can't wait to hear "Blastback", that cover is the best of the year!

>>By A.A.   (Thursday, 19 Jun 2003 20:24)

Hey, PBO, sup my man. I really dig your stuff. All this fuk choc Ind. stuff is a lil' confusing...care to elaborate a bit more? + production on "hustlin"&"3 doctors" is the illest.
p.s. i love "apple sauce","missing", and "lockligger"....more 4 minute instrmntls plz.

keep it up man.

>>By Custom   (Sunday, 29 Jun 2003 06:10)

>>By Custom   (Sunday, 29 Jun 2003 06:13)

yo edgar, you gotta swing thru the crib when you up in orlando for that show...get my number from Temp if you dont have my current cell.
aight chill

>>By dolo   (Tuesday, 1 Jul 2003 23:11)

Yo Custom
Your right anyone can type PBO buts it's me Homey. Yeah man for real I aint kool with CI at all. But as far as I'm concerned thats history. Just know that when you buy CI records your not supporting the artist just a greedy corporation with no respect for art. It's actually pretty relevant if you look at the discography how many comps is CHICHI man 7 gonna do with other peoples roster? He doesn't have a roster besides Diverse and Via Tania but mark my words they won't stick around for too much longer. 7 doesn't beleive in investing in talent so to tell you the truth he has no roster just a couple of poor souls he hasn't bitten too hard yet. MUCH RESPECT GOES OUT TO MY DEADBEAT FAM ORLANDO FL.

AA
Yes there is atwo bonus tracks and new artwork it's the first release on my own imptint NSAMBEAT Records.
As far as the Blastback I don't remember right now.

Peace

>>By PBO   (Thursday, 3 Jul 2003 01:30)

Hi PBO,
how can I get the first release on NSAMBEAT records... (only via Japan....???)
and the two bonus tracks are exclusive to this release..??
Peace !

>>By douvuz   (Friday, 4 Jul 2003 14:36)

2douvuz
Yes they are It's actually the Dirty Dozen CD with two extra tracks for the JP edition I can tell you that P-vine is distributing it. But I'm not sure where to get it. I'm not going to release those tracks anywhere else right now at least those are my p[lans.

>>By PBO   (Tuesday, 8 Jul 2003 16:07)
