Oakey is my #1 DJ and I love Oakey.
He played at Jacksonville FL. July 22nd this monht. I was there for show and it was awesome, crowd was crazy :)
We all had good time.
Oakenfold's best CD is "Perfecto Presents Another World"
I guess it's just my taste of music, but I love that CD....

I have yet to see Okie in the live, but i love him and his music. He has broken the boundries of electronica and he has created new ones. He is not always the smoothest on the decks, but he delivers well and his music selection is always phenomonal. He is one of the the best DJ's in world.
He is willing to step outside the boudries. I mean look at Bunnka. WTF was that, that shit was awesome. that was my first impression. And his other ambient chill almbum has engulfed me.
He is one of the best.

i just saw him for the 3rd time in phoenix jan 2004, and he rocked !
he played teleport - man with no name !!
He brought trance to where it is, and continues to evolve electronica with new taste and new faces and new styles- he just picked up Sandra Collins under his label and put her on tour.
not to mention he signed alot of big names like will smith and hernan cattaneo plus lots more!
He's been all over the music industry, and he shows no signs of slowing down!!
Anyhow- Another World is -=hands down=- his best work.

Oakenfold is pretty good. Better than your average dj. His style varies greatly, he can go from deep psytrance into basic club mixes. Paul Oakenfold has visited Seattle a few times, it's pretty cool.

Oh, Paulie and your followers. You have them all duped. You are like the low sodium salt... it looks the same, but when you eat it, it's boring as all hell. BUT, my hat's off to you, for you have seemed to dupe many a trance wayfarer into your load of Bunkka. No offence, but I think your notoriety stems from the fact that you use the most overplayed samples to date. Way to go. Keep the money rolling in. Don't worry, nobody will ever venture out of your happy folds. Please, by all means, fleece the masses.
