i've been watching and idlizing Mark for a little over three years now and i have to say i completely agree withe everyones comments, ten fold. Nobody can tear it up on the decks like farina for a couple of reasons. Nobody can spin two records together as long as he can, and nobody creates as clean or as diversified mixes as him. i have had the pleasure of speaking with him three times and everytime he has been the coolest mofo dj ive ever met , no doubt bout it. each time i shaked his hand i tripped out because of how tiny it was so i see where your coming from Jsh. Anyways peace out!

Hi. I wonder if anyone knows the name of the great "tango-house" tune that opens the conect CD?

Just saw Mark Farina at Fabric (19/04/03) - his set was absoute perfection, I've never heard a house dj put together a set anything like as good as that !!!! Eight in the morning Mark finished with his own Peggy Lee mix of fever.... deep bass and crisp beats still maintaining the original feel of the song - the crowd reponded with appuase that lasted more than two minutes... this man is that good. If you get a chance go see, you won't be dissapointed.

Mark Farina is the shit, the guy never ceases to amaze me. I can't stop listening to all his Mix CD's I have all of his releases and about 20 Livesets of his. The only DJ I think who can compare with him on the same level is Derrick Carter. I suppose they both grew up together and taught each other new things. Mark you are a champion and we love you here in Sydney, Australia. ParkLife was the bomb because of you!!!!
