How do you really think because most of the things you play are very fasinating. I think I love the bass U used in "the sun don't lie".What's the make and its specs.
Great work pal! I 've found my serenity and improvement in your playing

Hi there,
I am 23 year old bass player from Turkey. I got the M2 album a couple of months ago which is hard to find in Turkey. I wanted to say that I've never heard better bass playing in such a good music album. The album is wonderful and you are the man... the greatest bass guitar musician of the world....

I must say that marcus miller is the greatest bass player i have ever heard, not to take anything from the others like stanley, tisdale and the list goes on but when marcus miller plays it can make a fat man tap dance on quicksand! im talkin make the chicken stop lickin and the moose stop kickin. god bless you brotha miller. peace.

I've listened to many bassists in my time, and I've heard many with great technique. Marcus brings much more than technique. He brings musical integrity and honesty. His playing makes you want to stop being lazy & get off your butt, pick up your bass and play. Another great thing about Marcus is his sound. Not just his EQ, but the sound that comes out of his fingers. The only other bass sound I enjoy like Marcus is Prince. He can get sick on the bass too. Thank you Marcus for inspiring me to be an honest musician. I believe that's a lesson you learned from Mr. Miles Davis, so thank you Miles.

I am a bass player myself (14 years) and I love the bass. Marcus definitely has soul in his playing. You can hear come from his heart to his fingers. The man has such incredible technique. The bass that he plays is such a great bass too. I wonder if he designed it, and then Fender came out with his model or if Fender custom built it for him. I have never seen a set up like his on any other bass. If I had the money I would go buy his model. It has such versatility in tone. Slap it biatches!!!!
