I am looking for a particular live recording of Circle game that is in excess of 6:35 in length and is NOT the one on Travelogue.It starts with a chorus. Does anyone know where I might find it?

Joni Mitchell is a great singer/songwriter. At age 60, she is selling, making music and topping the charts here and there. A great song by her is Big Yellow Taxi. The only problem is that there is no information about joni on the web that is written by her. She should write song analysis's on all of her songs telling the veiwers what the song means because eveyone has different opinions on her songs. When and if she ever writes these analysis's she should write them for kids and maybe even publish a book with all of her songs and anaysis's.

I think one of the interesting things about her lyrics is that some of them are open to interpretation, not laid out on a plate. No composer wants their music treated like wallpaper; heard but not listened to. Any art which is worth one's attention encourages thought and imagination in its audience.

Kittoro's post is spot on. Why should the artist sit around and give away all the inner meanings to their art? Joni's work is best interpreted by each individual how they want to.

such a great talent and such a mystery... her video is about as much info as I've ever seen in one place, great old footage of early days... and she found her daughter! that in itself is a miracle... imagine finding out your mother was Joni Mitchell.... woah, that's heavy.
