well when I was whathing :Master of disguise:I realiesed that jessica was in it when I got on the internet I noticed that jessica looked different but I love her music and I want to listen to a song but I dont now the name.

I hate to say it but........Jessica isn't talented. She onced tried out for the Mickey Mouse club but she was rejected.And you know what,it was Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears who got in instead of her.Britney can't even sing well at all!!!!! First of all,if you get beat by Britney at singing......Something Must Be Wrong!!! Plus if you say Jessica is beautiful,you must mean artificially.How many times have you seen her without make-up on? I must admit her attitude was down-to-earth when she first came out. But lately she has been bragging up a storm.I don't care to much for Christina and Britney but they are entertainers.They are just famous for being famous. They give us something to talk about whether it is negative or not. The entertainment buissness has enough Christina and Britney already.I don't believe they need another. Oh and...... isn't it odd how Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey started dating when Britney and Justin (when they were a couple) started to make the headlines????

seriously i dunno wat ur guys problems r or w/e but get a life. wats ur problem criticizing her? i may like her music, don't care if u don't like it, but hell everyone is so critical about her apparently. of course she's gonna change somewhat when millions of ppl are watching wat she does every second on newlyweds, yet i think she's just being herself (which u can pretty much tell her comments aren't thought out b4 hand cuz they can be random and sometimes obvious)...but we all probably do that, we just don't have the public criticizing us. and about the mickey mouse club thing, it's not that she didnt have the talent. she made it to the final rounds, but she had STAGE FRIGHT. she froze. a lotta ppl do that. personally i like her music and apparently millions others do also cuz they r buying her music. i mean it's weird how ppl try to make up so many rumors about celebrities. and last, who cares if she's hot or not? there are plenty of chicks that are ugly that u ppl don't seem to criticize...although i think she's hot.

Well actually I'd like to point out from a girl point of view. It's not easy for some girls to get awy with looking ok without make-up. I hate to break it to you but the girl actually looks alright without make-up on. Plus normally she doesn't wear that much to begin with. Unless she has to go to promote something. But every star has to dress for that. I give her credit just becuase of te fact she was rasied in a chistain enviroment and stuck with her morals. She hasn't really changed her image actually very much at all. But I will say one thing every artist that gets in the business has to change one thing or another. Thats the music world for you. I watched her life story on tv found out that her first video they told her to lose some weight for the next one. Then the next video they told her well yea you look better but now can you get a six pack for the next one. Her mom straight out side on tv yea they do want some things done different but thats thats and thats the way the music world works. She still hasn't gotten totally nasty and her lastest video she still kept it real. I give her credit where it is due and thats for not stepping totally out of herself and becoming some main sex appeal like britney or christina.
By the way I still dont like some of her music or her voice to much. But I still can give her props for other things.

Slip_up is right. Jessica Simpson had major stage fright. Who wouldn't have stage fright the first time in front of like 4 cameras and a huge audience especially at the age of 12! And she was a little bit intimidated by Christina Aguilera going on right before her! I think Jessica's voice is amazing. And I have to say that she lost weight because she was told to. And MIssTrix is right about the 6 pack story. It was right after the Irresistable video. I also think her latest video was great. She wasn't wearing next to nothing like Christina and Britney. I mean I find most of these posts extremely immature. I have never seen so much yelling and insulting. Obviously not everyone is going to like a Celebrity, but I really don't think it is necessary to come onto a site just to bash them! Imagine Christina and Britney didn't dress the way that they did! Where would they be today!!?? My honest opinion is that Britney is the least talented of the three and I think that Jessica is the most talented. I don't think that Columbia Records realizes completely that Jessica's fans like her for who she is and for her music and we think that she is beautiful just the way she is. I hope they don't pressure her to do anything that's really not her. Because she was not too happy when she had to lose that weight and was told she still wasn't good enough. But basically now in her new album it seems that she is singing about how comfortable she is being herself now.

i think jessica is very sweet and talented. She might act like a ditz on tv .. keyword "ACT" ...but you gotta admit, its funny as hell!!!

I love Jessica Simpson! She is an excellent role model and one of the few decent pop stars out there besides CLAY AIKEN...I think she is a good role model to girls my age...she is very different from Britney and Christina in many ways...Jessica should be commended for being one of the few decent pop stars left! Good job Jessica, keep up the good work!

I'm really...uh...amused (to say the least) by her phrase "I'm 23, and that's nearly 25...which is nearly mid-twenties!". Duh. She seems to come out with other classics too,at a staggering pace, including telling her bloke "you smell like insen" to which he (sensitively) replied "do you mean INCENSE?"... which prompted her to pout "don't make fun of meee! Oooo!" etc etc. The way the whole show is edited is pure genius, it really focusses on the subtle-stupidities in their household.
What I'm trying to say is, she seems like a lovely young woman, beautiful and kind...but to say she's smart...that's a little unrealistic. I realise that there are people who believe this "ditz" is an act, but ...I'm really not convinced. It's not exactly a good marketing tool, is it, being brain dead? I suppose she's kinda endearing, but...she really does seem a little hollow sometimes.
aaah, who cares, she makes pop music, dresses nicely and doesn't shove her vulva into my cornflakes like so many others do, so...GO JESS!

Did you guys know that her record company was gonna drop her the same time the Newlyweds debuted...but then she got really famous and popular so they decided to keep her....then her album went to #2 on the billboard charts...Being from Dallas like Jessica...i feel compelled to defend not only Dallas girls but Dallas....there is only a few that are as stupid as Jessica...the majortiy of the girls here are educated and are not domestically challenged....Whether you hate her (jessica) or like her...she's fun to watch and entertaining...you can laugh at her or with her...i tend to do laugh more at her than with her. have you guys seen that one episode where she came back from shoppin and she was parking her car in the garage and it took her like 5 minutes to do it...i was like "holy fuckin shit this chic is really retarded, what's so hard bout parkin a car"...but n e ways...personally i dont think that jessica will ever be a true artist...she's not daring, she's not a risk-taker, she's not different or unique..she's a follower not a leader...musically, she's always late....she sees what's cool or what other artists do and then when she does it, it's already considered old and something else has taken place of that....and she's definitely not a trend-setter.....i'm pretty sure she's not gonna have a long career....jessica's a fad...but i do wish her all the best of luck....p.s. to all you jessica fans...i'm not in any way trying to offend you...if you get offended that's your own fault and ur own insecurities...everyone is entitled to their own opinion...and this is mine...so don't be writing me 'odnanref you're so fuckin stupid..u dont know what ur talkin bout..blah blah blah." cuz frankly my dear, i dont give a damn...
