>>By burfer   (Thursday, 28 Nov 2002 06:48)

There is no new Goddo studio album. The band did begin to record new songs last winter. There are 5 new tunes recorded.
The tunes are
Gas Money and Cigarettes
When You Roam
Watch Me Crawl
Help Me
Such A Fool

Right now it looks like these sonds will be added to a box set to be release sometime in future.
For now Greg Godovitz has a new CD with his other band The Anger Brothers
Look for the debut Anger Brother release at bullseyecanada.com

I used to love Goddo so much!! I'm looking for midi songs by them for background music on my postcard website. Can't find any.
I guess I can't have my cake and eat it too. That don't bother a girl like me!! Well, maybe a little. I like backgammon and the Goddo band and if you want to stop by and waste some time, visit Solarmaiden:

Greg Godovitz has a huge ego and a small penis, he and the rest of his band suck, his book was lame attempt at tyring to be the rockstar he never was(or is). Go work at 7-11

Hey there. I'm a Goddo fan from way back. Greg, whenever you play in Winnipeg, I am the really wasted guy sitting 3 feet in front of the stage starting 4 hours before you play. The last time I saw you (2 years ago at the Zoo) there was a 2-foot-tall lady in a wheelchair next to me, rocking and rolling more literally than I have ever seen. Tough to forget that. And some Flin Flonners put drinks on the stage which were kicked over unnoticed by Gino. Not his fault.

My reason for writing: I wonder if I hallucinated this, but when i first bought King of Broken Hearts, I thought there was a Beatles song on there. (You Can't Do That)
After losing it, I bought the 25th Anniversary edition. Did you remove it and why? If so, well, I told you before......you can't do that.

Am I wrong about this?

Hello Matthank you are not wrong about the above at all.
The re release of King Of Broken Hearts indeed does have a few less tunes than the original release. The tunes that were not included on the Bullseye re release of King Of Broken Hearts include I Just Don't Know, You Can't Do That and a inststermental titled The Quest. The tunes were removed simply because the band felt they did not really fit the CD.
Hope you enjoy it all the same.

This is a message to Greg if you are out there.
Play Vancouver!!
Trhe Carpet Frogs is one of my favourite albums.
I am listening to The Anger Brothers as I write this.
The only time I've ever been kicked out of a bar was getting drumk
watching you play in Hamilton.( Ibelieve trhe bar was called "Tracks".
"Fuck Your Mother and Stab Your Dog" was a very memoable track that night!
I moved West in '92 and miss out on the great music in Ontario that
rarely comes west. Saw Kim Mitchel @ the Commodore recently.
I don't see any Greg Godovitz fan pages - maybe I'll do one.
If you'rew playing out here please let me know so I don't miss it.
