i agree, gob is slowly getting softer and more along the lines of pop. i like older gob better, it's a lot harder and more up-beat

What you talkin bout. Gob isn't goin pop punk. there too hardcore for that and if they do they'll probely go back to being hardcore punk like sum 41 did.

Awesome live, But with the basic songs, you don't get their stage presence and fun antics. I like'm, but they need to work on the quality their studio music.

Wow the concert kicked some fuckin ass!!!! It just pumped me with energy i didn't want them to leave!!! I made a huge ass poster for them which was really fun. Someone grabbed it and threw it into the mosh pit and my guy friend went in and got it back, it was awesome! Craig is soo damn hot, i dont' mean to sound ditzy, but he is!! And Theo was hilarious with his fart machine lol. Theo came out to get a beer after they were done playing and i got him to sign some shit like the poster and some cd's then i got a picture with him, it was awesome!! They are awesome live, i totally recommend going to their concerts!!!

On the poster i had written for them to play desktop breaking, and my friend wanted What to do, they played what to do but not desktop breaking, i was complaining to Theo after, he's like hey, i played one of them! and checked what to do on the poster and laughed at me lol. I got his autograph so it made it better lol.

I disagree that gob has gotten softer with their new album "Foot and Mouth Disease." Sure it's not like their earlier stuff, but it has alot of songs with crunchy pop punk that sort of reminds you of earlier Green Day. The only real mellow song on this album is "Fed Up," which starts with a piano and then turns into a more melodic rocker.
How can you compare this to Sum 41, Good Charlotte, and NFG? For one thing, GOB was around before Sum 41 became a band, has more talent than them as well as they can use different elements in there songs to make them fun. NFG and Good Charlotte don't come close as they are pop punk, but at a low level, basically taking a small (very small) step up from the latest Blink 182.
GOB's lastest isn't their best, but it's a nice improvement from the World According to GOB (which wasn't a terrible album, just at a lower key style) and gets you back into the older form of pop punk. I hope they keep it going and get even better on their next release!!!!! Go GOB!!!

I think that Gob is the shit!!! I had never herd them before I seen them on Sunday with My favroite band Simple Plan!!! I dont care what any one says they are really good!!! and they put on a good show!!!
