SO MUCH TO SAY, SO MANY MEMORIES. FIRST HEARD THE TOPS IN THE SUMMER OF 1964,THE VOICE OF LEVI, THE HARMONIES OF THE "TOPS" INDEED. EVEN DOWN TO THIS DAY, MY BONDING TO THESE WONDERFUL GUYS. LEVI HAD A VOICE THAT NEVER FAULTERED, AND A BACKGROUND THAT NEVER LET HIM DOWN. NEVER TO THIS DAY, ALMOST FOURTY YEARS LATER, I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN TIRED OF HEARING THEIR SONGS, OVER AND OVER AGAIN. LEVI STUBBS JR, HAD A VOICE, A VOICE NEVER TO BE HEARD AGAIN, SO STRONG, SO UNIQUE, SO FULL OF LOVE. SO I SAY "ALL I EVER WANTED TO DO WAS SING AND DANCE" I CAN'T DO NEITHER ONE, I JUST LET "THE FOUR TOPS" DO IT FOR ME. TO THE ORINIGAL FOUR TOPS LEVI, OBIE, LAWRENCE,AND DUKE, THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH FOR THE MEMORIES. ALL THE SONGS THAT I HAVE HEARD OVER THE YEARS, ARE ALL DECICATED TO MY WIFE LINDA OF 33 YEARS, SONGS THAT I WISH I COULD SING TO HER, BUT INSTEAD THE ONE AND ONLY "THE FOUR TOPS" HAS DONE IT FOR ME. THANKS FELLAS!!!

well what can anu one say these guys brought everlasting memories for me and my wife denise, over the years we,ve danced through many wonderful one after another, and not to this day will these guys songs , be overplayed , noway these are all simply classic songs all meaning full and each one, just gives you that feel of love and shared by all who listens to the four tops in harmony , and guys what harmony you guys had together, i was fortunate to catch these guys in England southport theatre,few years ago. wow the night of my life , my daughter sings now and maybe just maybe dreams happen, to hear perform a tops song , that ,s all thanks to you guys for a wonderful wonderful life of music guys come along and do there thing fella,s time after time but they have to bow down to the real harmony sounds which purely and simply were the unmistakable sound OF THE FOUR TOPSSSSSSSSSSS, hair stands up on my neck fellas, to this day and always because the fourtops are and always will be the kingsssssss of great music.so if anyone reads this who hasnt yet had the pleasure of these wonderful guys , take a seat sit and listen to the best harmonised group of talented guys , born to sing and dance, so as the song , says reach out, and sit back in the shadows of love, the four tops i want to thankyou for making my life and many others lifes complete , thanks guys your the best bunch of fella,s ever . and as it goes there always be the four of ussssssssssssssssssssssssss.

I grew up listening to the Topps thanks to my daddy who loved to play music, music, music. My mom shared a story with me some time ago. She and my dad had gone to the Twenty Grand, ( A club in Detroit back in the 60's) The Tops were performing and she said Levi kissed her right in the lips. My dad was jealous and couldn't stand Levi. I guess he eventually got over it. He would still listen to the Tops music. Where is Levi today?

In 1964 I was 10 years old the sound of the tops realy turned me off but I did'nt know there name until 1968 I pought 45 lp with four diffrent songs and reach out was the gift i never forget in my life , Then I started my four tops collection of lp and albums and today cd's & video's
In 1978 I was in london then from blues and soul magazine I sow the Four Tops Performing at watford I rush by taxi to the Area and find it was Billy's club I could'nt belive myself when the show started my body was shaking hot and cold at end of the show i was trying to meet them until i gave one of the stuff something then he took me to artists room I met the gaints Levi Stubbs and he said Duke is gone but I said I came from the middle east I am specialy her for you all four then I met the Brain of the Four Tops Lawrence Payton no one replace this guy his voice and personality I took a picture with Levi and lawrence.levi is the best lead singer in the world no one can sing like him . In reach out ,simple game,You stole my love,sexy lady,bernedette,standing in the shadows of love,your love is wonderful,lonely lover,stranding in the road of love,seven room of glooms and all his songs and don't forget Lawrence hits one woman man,all my love and tel me the truth ...more I don't no what hapend after you guys.The Four Tops are the Greatests in music levi, Renaldo,Duke and Lawrence They shared my life with happenes ,sadnes good and bad I love you for ever and I never stop listening to your music I hope Levi get will soon .

The Four Tops are coming to St. Louis MO along with the Temps, O'Jays and Whispers. The Four Tops are who I really want to see but I would love to know whether or not Levi is going to tour with the group? I would appreciate any info. Thanks!
