Fenix TX are a bunch of Green Day copycats! Especially that Threesome song. It was a total copy of a Green Day single called Brain Stew

Fenix*TX are actually quite good. Really good songs, about splitting up, well, one, I don't know about it, and two, if another band is coming out with a couple of the members than I suppose it'll have the same basics. So it'll be like a fresh Fenix*TX, with a different name. Plus, every artist has an influence or influences in their music. If you say so, then Threesome was inspired by Green Day's song called Brain Stew.

they used to be called River Fenix before they got signed. the family of River Phoenix was giving them shit though..... so they had to change it to avoid lawsuits. they used to practice in the same building as me when i lived in Houston, TX. they were part of that poppy, punk wanna-be phase. to bad it hasn't ended yet.
