grandfather was joseph elgart, uncle was joseph bertrum elgart,both are deseased rasied in goleta california and santa barbara california.
my uncle joseph researched history of names with the golden west historical socity . I am the granddaughter and the niece. in our family the only elgarts are joseph wayne elgart currently living in deland florida.
he is my brother.
