vater unser is a great song. i love it to. JUST a reminder to all the new album"das omen:in krieg des boesen" comes out 3/20. the new single self titled comes out on the 31st.
i saw the cover of the cd and it is so awesome!

yes i have met senad. i also work with him and the rest of the band. Just to clear up some confusion,senad only had the mole for the vater unser video. he got it removed quite a while ago. he now does not have the mole. Also i am arranging for us to do a tour here in the states. no promises but it is in the works. If you have ne other questions please im me on aim sn enomine121 or leave them here for me.

Greetings from South Africa.
I have only recently heard E Nomine for the first time (Das Testament) - and loved it from the first song I heard.
I don't think there is a lot of people down here that know about them - but we started playing it at our local Goth clubs .. and people seem to like it a lot.
Anyway.
The reason I decided to post a message is:
I visited their website today.. and was a little disturbed.
From listening to Das Testament they sounded like a kind of Christian band...but ten I saw the CD covers of "Die Prophezeiung" for instance. Burning pentagrams are just not ON - Especially not mixed with the Bible.
I cant understand German nor have I heard any of the songs on any of the other albums ... so I don't realy know whats up.
Comments on religious orientation ?

thanx for writing to us here at the forum, a few comments to your responce. our first album (das testament) was based on the bible,. and the new and old testaments. our next alubum (fisternis) is based on dark lyrics and wild thoughts hence the title song das tier in mir (the beats in me). its dark things . our next albums also follow the same thing we dark lyrics and stuff like that. our newest albums entitled "das omen "and "die prophezeiung" are based mainly around nostradomus and predicting whats happening in the future. as far as the inverted pentagrams are concerned it has nothing to do with satanic worship or anything like that.its is only dealing with our album themes. the videos are just the same they hav4e the feel of dark thoughts. hence the type of muysic we are "dark german vocals/industrial. im sorry if we have offended you in any way. if you have any other questioons please reply.

My friend who borrowed me Das Testament has got Fisternis as well , so I'll give it a listen.Cause I have nothin agains darker lyrics .. in fact I quite like it , but that said , I'm still a Christian so I just had to ask. Especially cuase I can't relly understand that much of what I'm listening to. :)

I've only just discovered E Nomine. I didn't realize they were classified as trance, and while I wish it weren't, I also didn't realize it was made for clubs. The choir, whoever they are, is beautiful. Are they prerecorded, or will there be a live choir and possibly an orchestra if and when a tour is had? It's very weird, learning about the man/men behind E Nomine - I imagined him to be quite a bit older. I think there's a lot more behind this music than most people realize - the themes, lyrics and musical content of these records has too great a depth to simply be just one more techno/trance/electronica group. E Nomine 121, if you actually are in league with this group, your opinion would be appreciated.

the choir that you hear in the background is the berlin chor oper (the berilin orchestra choir. They are made up of kids from the age of 7 to adults up to age 39)thay are prerecorded and they do a lot of live stuff in the shows as well. Senad is only one of the main singer son stage. There is another perosn that siongs with him as well. Senad is 24 years old. There is also an orchestra that performs with us on stage plus 4 dancers. a lot of work is bieng put forth by all members of the enomine team. including work buy myslef and other crew members. I am still making arrangements to have a siummer 2005 (possible ) tour in the USA. There is still a lot of work bieng put forth. I have went to a meeting a few days agop only to be shot down for the 2005 tour but there is always trying and persistance. i will keep trying to bring them over here. Our music is not clasified as transe it is classified however as dark german vocals/ industrail. it is played in clubs all over pennsylvania and in europe. as well as all over the world.

OK PEOPLE HERES THE ANSWER TO THE MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION!!!!!!
the religious context used in "das testament" was taken out of the bibe with no changes whatsoever!. the bible is only used as a literary device for that particular cd.Senad himself is non denominational but he believes in god. he went through seminary for three years and dropped out his final year in order to pursue this music and work more with it.

I've heard E nomine in Hellsing anime music video clip. The clip was great just coz of E Nomine music. But the Denn Sie Wissen Nicht is the best from my point of view. Video clip is great as well. I can listen it all over the day. I've given e nomine to some of my friend almost everyone is now fans of E Nomine too. Come Saint Petersburg, Russia. Fans are looking forward to meet you! :)

I'll try! Unfortunaly our stores in general does not have neither E Nomine nor Lesiem discs. Lesiem was my first love, before i've heard E Nomine for a first time. They keep bubbling about Enigma, Era and Gregorians. But they are good only for night lullaby. By the way are there are any DVD with all E Nomine clips? And how many E Nomine clips exists by now?
I know only: Denn Sie Wissen Nicht, Mitternacht, Das Omen, Deine Welt and Das tier in mir. Are there are only 5 clips? Any DVDs with life performances?

if you know latin whichyou prolly dont (no offence if you dont).. e nomine comes from latin meaning "in the name of" considering all of the songs from the years previous of "die prophezeiung" have the phrase " E nomine Patris , et Fili , et Spiritus Sancti" in them. meaning "In the name of the Father , the Son and the Holy Spirit" youll notice this prhase in songs such as" vater unser", "enomine (denn sie wissen..)" "padre nuestro" etc....

latin is one of my specialties. i do sing in it as part of our back ground choir. latin was kinda difficult for me but i remembered its only reverse english.

well no 1s posted in a while so im gonna post something....
lets see....hmmmmm
well we have kicked off a greeat summer tour 2003 and it is going quite wel. The first oleg is over. I had so much fun this first leg i cant wait till the lnext leg!!!!l we have had some great opening acts such as evanesence and rammstein and die prinzen....
our tour will continue the middle 2 weeks of july and the first week of august.
if youd like to know of some new info i do have it concering new hires as dancers, keyboard players, new orchestra and new celebs on the next album (not reaveling but it hasta do with nostradamus!) if youd like to know more leave a message for me to reply to.
