Daniel O'donnell

Forum

I saw Daniel's show in Branson this year. What a wonderful show. Better than that Japenese violin players show. I called his show Barney for the senior citizen. Daniel 's show had class.

Above and beyond being a man who happens to be a performing legend, Daniel O'Donnell is a man of faith, integrity and kindness. His charity work, loyalty to his fans and legendary personal honesty combine to make him a true hero.

My mother fell in love with Daniel on PBS and I recently drove them 1200 miles from Michigan to Connecticut to see him in concert in Hartford. He did a brilliant show. The performance lasted for 3 hours and then he came out and signed autographs and posed for photos. Not many performers these days would go so far to please their fans. I'm now a Daniel junkie myself! His music is so contagious!

This man is a very special person and performer! His is adictive. You can not listen to him or see him and not want more! I can tell by his music he is a good, caring man. I first saw him on PBS Pittsburgh and I only saw a little bit of it before it was over and he was so unusual, and full of energy with a beautiful clear, calming voice but I didn't hear his name. When I was surfing through another time he was on again and I watched the whole program, I knew he was a very special person. I have two vidio tapes and 5 CD'S. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't listen to him, I only wish I could meet him and wish him the best of everything and I pray that the Lord will let him bring joy and happiness to us for a long time! I have never joined a fan club in my life and I joined his. WHAT A GREAT ENTERTAINER !!!!!!

I can't believe By Dalton said there are no
tickets available for November, 2003. True?
Anyway, I've watched him on PBS. Then I've
gotten his CD and videos. I went to Ireland
in June (first trip). It was wonderful!!!
There's no one else than Daniel. He has the
best personality ever.

Hello Eveyone; I'm Linda.
I am a huge fan of Daniels. I have been for quite awhile. I have watched him on PBS and have taped him. I have 12 of his cds and listen to them all the time even when I am doing my house work. I haven't seen Daniel
in person yet. But I will be going to see him in Branson next November.
I ahve written Daniel on several times on his has written back himself
several times. I just received a fifth letter a few days ago. He was so
kind when my Mom was very ill and after she had passed away. He wrote to see how myself and my family are doing. I like to call him my Guardian Angel. I like to write poetry. I f anyone is interested and want to read the poems I have written about Daniel you are welcome to go there and type my name linda rudolph in the search area and it will
take you to the poetry also there are personal and inspirational poetry as well which Daniel has inspired my to continue to write. Take Care.

I saw Daniel's concert on PBS this March and I just flipped! What a gentle soul he must be! What a sweet voice!
I hope and pray that I'll be able to get to see him perform here in Wisconsin sometime next year(missed the show in Chicago and I think in Milwaukee--or was it Madison?)!
I have his albums LIVE LAUGH LOVE and GREATEST HITS and I'm looking at the other albums displayed to my left--which I still need to get!
I've always known that no-one knows music better than the Irish and Daniel is that example of what truly great music should be!
By the way, any other fans of his or Dominic Kirwan's(I love him, too)can get in touch with me at: lidia3151963@hotmail.com!
Thanks!

I live eat breather Daniel O'Donnell. And so does my sister whom I just introduced her to him via a video tape a month ago. She is so in love with him, as I am too. I have several of his videos and plan on getting more. We wanted to go to see him in Branson this year, but the shows were all sold out. So we went online and purchased tickets for next year. Don't know what seats we will get but they told us in September that they had been taking reservations for the 2004 Branson shows for 2 months already. We just couldn't believe it. Also, our mother, who is almost 90 fell in love with Daniel a year ago, after she came to my house and seen his video. So she watches him all the time at home, with her poor vision, she still watches. Danile has brought so much entertainment and joy into our lives.
I seen him on PBS last night, and I was trying to remember what it was he received from Queen of England, Prince Charles awarded it to him, but I just can't remember what it was called. Does anyone here know what I'm talking about??

My 85-year-old Mom, almost blind, adores Daniel. I have collected CD's and videos for her and her companion, from Germany, who is also a big fan. We hope to take them to a concert this year. I can't seem to get to his Web site and can't get a complete concert schedule for 2004. Mom can't travel far. Does anyone know how to get a complete US concert schedule? We have Branson, which will be a stretch for Mom, and have been told he may be in Nashville. Any ideas out there?
