I have a 1 year old son who is totally hooked on the Wiggles (the Austrialian program for kids). We recently purchased a Wiggles video that featured famous artists singing songs for kids in the typical Wiggle fashion. One number features Christine Anu called Taba Naba and it is just the greatest! My son goes into a trance when she comes on. My wife and I agree, Christine is totally awesome. Soooooo beautiful and talented, and what a voice. I think I will buy a few of her CD's. Im sure all of us will love them.

I just want to say that I think Christine has the most beautiful voice I've heard. Listening to her sing Taba Naba moves me to tears every time. Thanks for sharing your gift with us Christine.

I first saw Christine in Darwin way back in 1995, if my memory serves me correctly. She played to a very small audience at a club on the Esplanade. Christine performed with a young Aborigninal guitarist who's name escapes me but not his ability. It was a wonderful performance. I remember this young fellow broke a string and Christine had to carrying on with the show while he re-strung his guitar. She performed a song on her own that absolutely blew our socks off. I really enjoyed the show, particularly the wonderful musicianship that the two of them displayed. It was a priviledge to have been there.

I saw Christine again at Tilley's in Canberra in 2001, once again if my memory serves me correctly. She was brilliant and we all enjoyed the performance - heaps of dancing and fun. At the end of the show, I approached Christine for an autograph for me and my daughter who couldn't be there. She was so gracious and warm in her response.

Christine has an wonderful talent that transcends all races and she is a brilliant inspiration for not only her people but all budding singers/musicians/dancers/actors. I look forward to her next album!

Keep on 'Styling it up' Christine.
