i'd just like to say that it sucks that choking victim are non existant any more maybe dr heilmich wasn't there to save them from death anyway they are a FUCKING AWESOME BAND and anyone who dosent agree is fucked. they are the ultimate punk band with a skacore sound be the best all cv lovers

Amazing, fucking amazing, L.o.c as well... i went to see crack last year in sheffield, and im goin 2 see em again in may, my advice to you americans and other fuckers who arent in britain to get ur fuckin asses to england for the 16th 17th of may and see them in sheffield! they'll be fukkin great!

Definitely one of...nonono..the best band ever concieved. When I first heard 500 channels, my soul was taken away. Some may say that they broke up, but the majority of the LOC show play all the old CV songs..so all is not lost. They are music..the essence of everything music should be and I hope that they never die off, or at least their proceedors..ie Morning Glory (Very awsome band), INDK and Leftover Crack. Hey and if u like them, then u should definitely check out No Ca$h. I'm in love with them at the moment too...

ah choking victim has been my fav. band for about a month now, they are sooo friggin awesome! sum ppl (they must be nuts) dont really like his voice, but ahh i love it, if i listen to them for a while, i just go nuts, its so wicked!

what can I say? they are so awesome, i'm Catholic(therefore i believe in Christ) and i still listen to them. too bad they broke up they need to have Skwert he's the best drummer ever. they are beyond op ivy and all other ska bands but however not the best punk band but, very close just behind rancid and a few others. even though they are satanic and i'm not it doesn't matter. I would have to agree that Choking V, l o c, & InDK are great bands. It is amoung my most listen to albums in my colletion. Resently we (Smash The State) played a show with American Distress (ex-members of Chokng V, l o c, & InDK) and they were just as good.
We drank and smoked with them afterwards and they were some of the coolest motherfuckers around!!!! What a great experience, well anyway, that's my story with those guys, peace, hate yer state.

because I am such a hip scenester, I will share my experience with you all.
I saw my favorite band, The World/Inferno Friendship Society in Cleveland a few months ago. I hung out with their guitar player, a man named Lucky. He was a cool guy, really nice. I went to Pittsburgh to see The World/Inferno Friendship Society again later that month, with my friend Tom. We hung out with Lucky again, and Tom says "oh man, I Love Morning glory, you guys rock" I was confused, but I soon discovered that Lucky plays guitar for morning glory. Check out The World/Inferno Friendship Society, you will love it. Not crackrocksteady, but awesome none the less. They did alot of stuff with Leftover Crack on their new album(not released yet). Anyways, later that month I played a show with my band, Back Alley Coat Hanger Abortion at The Spot in Elyria Ohio. I live in Elyria, so this is our normal venue. My friend brought along a man she is dating to watch our show. His name is Shane. He's a super cool ass guy, and we hung out after the show. "Man, I loved the acoustic stuff you guys played, that was awesome. And you tied that kid to a chair and everyone put their asses in his face and beat his ass, That's more hardcore then what we do for peoples birthdays in C-Squat, we just go to jail." Said shane. "Go to jail?" I ask. "Ya know, we get drunk and go out and do shit till we get arrested, I gotta tell the c-squat kids about this." He answered. Turns out Shane used to play Bass for Choking Victim. He came to Elyria selling merch for Blueprint 76(I THINK, some band with members of Leftover Crack). Small world. I have to say, that is the biggest compliment I have ever had for my music. We don't sell CD's so I'm not trying to take your money, and we have made 20$ from our music, EVER. We play loads of free shows, we love it.
