Black Flag rules, When I first heard the live versions of "MY WAR" and "SIX PACK" I knew I'd found a band that would be a huge influence in my life, and the music has been. yes Dez and the eariler singers were great but when rollins joined the band, the first coupleof records were warm up. listen to loose nut, and In my eyes and you will hear rollins on his way up. i saw rollins band live on "come in and burn tour " at Toads Place in New Haven Connecticut, intense show to say the least. gregg ginn started gone for awhile, but that paled in comparison to Rollins Band. We had a saying "Flag Life" and that is living your life in the Black Flag code of punk and Anarchy. Times change, people don't. and some people tend to forget that.

Their record covers is the work of one Raymond Pettibon who has also done covers for Minutemen and of course Sonic Youth's awesome "Goo" album cover.And just for the record, he is the half-brother of Black Flag's guitarist Greg Ginn.Oh, did I tell you that Greg Ginn is cool?
