My God................this almost feels like loosing someone I knew personally. Barry was more than just a singer to me. He was among the ultimate soul reachers with his voice in song!!! Barry I love you and may Heaven recieve you!!! Tell my Grandmother I said hello!!! I will miss you Barry. The world will not be the same without you!!!!! I cant believe youre gone but God knows best!!!

Oh my god , I am so sad the fact that he could never come alive again . I feel like cry ing but there are no tears coming down eyes , I guess I should be happy for him , but either happy is a bad feeling or I 'm just so upset that my body feels shut down after I heard on the radio . We'll Barry I now that there probably that here are no computers up there in heaven , because is exactly where a person like you belongs but if you see my 2 Great Grandmothers up there to tell them that I love them and I mis them and same goes for all of the people that has passed in my familly ,but what I'm trying to say here is that you practicly made me you my mom and dad the strength to get there freak on just to make me for that I thank you . I love Barry White and I know and hope that you enjoyed your life .Oh hopefully not to soon when I die can write me an autograph in the clouds if you don't want to you have to but I know you will . I 'm just that Ruben will provide us the same thing you did for us kids. Ya know what i don't feel as shut down anymore thanks . Thankyou God for taking from suffering fromhi kidney . Barry White has always been a favorite of mine and I feel so horrible about his passing. But he has been in so much pain for the last few months that this is certainly a blessing for him. He was a gifted performer and will be sorely missed. Now the angels will have that beautiful voice to serenade them always.

I can't believe that he's gone. I never thought I'd shed a tear over an artist but I guess Barry is/was the acception to the rule. He had such a great influence on peoples lives; brought couples together, nursed broken heats and got people dancing. Ditto to the comment above about the angels they are lucky. I prayed so hard he'd make a recovery so I could go with my boyfriend. I never got to see him live and huge regret. Barry if you're about Can't get enough of your love! Were and will be the man.xx

I was devastated by the passing of Mr. Barry White. I grew up on his music. My all time favorite song is "Million Dollar Baby". I always dreamed of meeting him. I will never forget Mr. White. He was a legend, and can never be replaced. Of all the artists I have ever heard, his music touched me the most. I know he is in a better place, but the world has lost one of it's true greats.
So long Barry! We'll meet again!

God took Barry because he needed him and Barry had definitely made his peace on earth. He is in such a great place now and no more suffering.

To The White Family and to all of Barry's Fans:
God, how to express my sadness over the Maestro's passing, I am still in quite a state of shock. I only found out about his sad and untimely passing early this morning as I had been vacationing all of last week. Mr. White's music touched my life so very deeply. The man was an incredible presence who approached everything with love and dignity. He was a man of raw honesty, truth , sincerity and integrity. He said things the way they were, his directness was always refreshing, for this I truly admIire him. I have always seen him as a rare and precious gem in a world so devoid of brotherhood, his was a path that brought so much positivity , joy and elightenment to so many including myself. The incredible soul and emotion he poured into every line of every song, the strings, the arrangements, wow with a power and intensity that would grip you to the very depths of your soul. Through his life experience he guided us through his vast repertoire of music on what love was all about and and he taught us so very well, he also made us aware of life's many obstacles and how to overcome them, keep on keepin' on, these were the messages I found in this man's music. A man who shared, who gave of himself to others, who helped us through triumph and despair, and wanted us to make it, if he could help us he was always there, Barry's music was my vehicle through lifes trials and tribulations. He shared his life through his music so we wouldn't make the same mistakes, and helped us to find the path to happiness as he did.
Very few artists have touched my life in the way this man has and we are truly graced to have his music as a reminder that love is truly what life is all about, and when you find it hold on to it for dear life.
Mr. White you will be truly missed, yours is a voice and presence that has left a most indelibe imprint on the lives of so many people, a true gift from God.
This world was lucky you were born.
