Apoptygma Berzerk

the best ebm group

>>By sado   (Thursday, 2 Jan 2003 22:58)

They are to industrial what Avril Lavigne is to punk: an insult.
Apop have nothing to do with ebm. For god's sakes, they're not even Gothic Techno...they're fuckin' House!!!
God, they're bad.

una de las mejores bandas de los 90s, sin lugar a dudas, como and one

To the comment by BY ME. Who said they were Industrial or EBM? They make music and thats it. Go through the APB discography and you'll notice the different styles between each album.

my friend just introduced me to this band....I downloaded some of their songs and this shit rox!!!! you kick serious ass APOPTYGMA BERZERK!

>>By jen-Dragonlady   (Sunday, 30 Mar 2003 01:26)

APB is one of the greatest synthpop/EBM groups ever....even if they do cross genres, they do it well and enjoyably. There is not one song that doesn't come through emotionally and identifiably...

apb is wonderfull!!!!!!!!!

Even VNV Nutsac is better than this crap!

Stick with Welcome to Earth or anything before and you'll be fine, just don't soil your eardrums with that pile of garbage that is Harmonizer. God, I'd rather listen to Funker Vogt!!   (Wednesday, 14 May 2003 01:58)

i considered harmonizer a shitty album for lot of tie...now i listened too much time and i can say....that even welcome to earth is better, harmonizer get some good song.....unicorn,spindizzy...or the funny something i should know.....
no more ebm...just an happy sinth-pop........bie tuonela

>>By tuonela   (Monday, 19 May 2003 16:57)

ok this goes to those last 2 people that posted, hey you both are fake as fuk, you both have know clue as to why they made that last album an why it sounds so different from the rest, an third, when you 2 fuks can make music like that , an you both are successful an well known in the music realm den talk your shit, but for now shut da fuk up !!! .you people dont know shit about this group nor do you know anything of there music all you know is that they perfer to have a varioty of different types of music, an besides dey should have to have the same music in all there albums anywayz cuz den it would be booring....sorry to come on here an already be dissing but you both are fuking stupid, an i think you shouldnt be allowed to even be listening to apoptygma berzerk...........go back to your diet frozen yogurt bars........

>>By DeCeIVeR   (Tuesday, 3 Jun 2003 23:44)

bro i totally agree with you, honestly i think berzerk kicks ass, an who are these people to come on here an run lip, hmmmm i think you people need to check ya selfs real quick, cuz you gonna have a few more ppl coming on here an really gonna vocally rip you a new one, so i suggest that you both dont post anymore here....cuz your not liked an nor are you welcome being here....... an as for harmonizer that album is ill for shure exceillent tunes..........paly all da time.............keep`em coming berzerk !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Being a member of a holy ebm trilogy (APB, Covenant and FLA) makes apb one of the most influental ebm bands ever. And not without a reason.

>>By radamant   (Wednesday, 11 Jun 2003 20:01)

Thank you, DeCeIVeR and Stepper, for those completely stupid comments. Whether I make music or not, is irrelevant. I could make the same point to you, that since you don't write the music, you can't judge it. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard...

I think I'm going to head over to rec.music.industrial now. At least when they rip on people, 90% of them do it intelligently, unlike half the Apoptygma fans here. I think I now know why "Harmonizer" sold so many copies... stupid music for stupid people!   (Monday, 16 Jun 2003 00:50)

no doubht yo, i mean like if you are a fan an you are so into a certian group like 100% i mean you understand there certain changes in style an music cuz i mean why would any musicains focus on one type of style when there are so many forms an types it would be so booring if you constantly hear the same shyt over an over so it is alot better when you evolve an change it up alittle....its all about creativity..........so to those close minded fukers go eat a dick.......peas..

apop has got me by the balls, i like the synth sound and the covers of mettalica's nothing else matters put up some dust in the dutch goth scene. to me their music is different and refreshing and i hope they keep on making it.

>>By DreAMzoNe28   (Thursday, 3 Jul 2003 21:48)

APB is awesome and harmonizer rocks !
I like how they keep switching styles, and still do a kickass job.
They cannot be defineed by ay one genre.

>>By synthhead   (Friday, 11 Jul 2003 20:03)

Apoptygma Berzerk it´s really fantastic. I download just 18 songs and i didn´t find any bad song. It´s expert techno - industrial. One of the best bands for me with Rammstein, Project Pitchfork, And One, Rob Zombie.

>>By Christoph "Doom" Schneider   (Saturday, 12 Jul 2003 07:12)

I like their records but I saw them live and they sucked. They had a guitarist with them who turned everything into heavy metal.

>>By thom   (Tuesday, 30 Sep 2003 23:23)

i love this band! goddes they are great.

>>By Mistress Blue   (Thursday, 5 Aug 2004 20:36)

i wish i could have seen them live! that sucks tho i hate it when a synth pop band goes with heavy guitar live.
