I don't think Matt Skiba is hott but there is something about him that like draws you to him and his voice his awesome. Dan adriano also has a good voice but i believe Matt
Skibas is better. I love alk3.

once i made a poll about "favorite alkaline trio vocalist". and matt skiba wins. lol. some people said dan's voice in "enjoy your day" is crap, but i don't really think so. i like "blue carolina" and "message from kathlene"
oh, and about matt being hot, i think that's also because of his voice and personality, i guess ;)

i absolutely hate when i'm sitting in class and I think of a song I like, but can't remember the lyrics or the name of it. however, I must say that alkaline trio has expanded my horisons. I love their lyrics. they just catch me ear. They are the kind of thing I'd whisper into my girfriends ear when I want to get some. It is good to get new materail sometimes. Cause sometimes I just run out of stuff to say. Know what I mean?

I stumbled upon them a few years ago when Napster was becomming popular. I was downloading unheard of bands and found them. (When I say "unheard of" I mean since I live in Iowa, nothing but the Top 40 gets on the radio. You have to discover good music for yourself). I thought they were damn good, so I went to Sam Goody to buy an album and THEY didn't even have it. I had to order the damn thing. It's the one with the cassette tape on the front- I can't remember the name of it now. Since I have limited access to thier music, I pretty much only know songs from the album that I ordered, and the ones I downloaded. Their music sounds pretty much the same on the album (as opposed to a band like Smashing Pumpkins where the songs on Corgan's go from heavy metal to circus love song and back again), but I heard the song Radio, and it has a totally different sound than what I was used to. I guess this is a question to any Alkaline Trio fans out there. Has thier music changed a lot or does Radio have a different sound than the rest of thier music? I'm sure eventually I'll get the rest of their albums. When their music gets into Iowa.
