hey I must agree with all here.First time i heard and saw Alice DJ was back in my country like 5 years ago on TV on MTV Europe and I was like nice that is my faforite music.
I duno why here in USA we dont get to watch and listen this kind of music, but as we all know Europe is the paradize of the techno and Im so proud to be an european.
Anyways I dont particularly have any favorite song as simple as that cuz they all are awesome.I would like to not only meet her but If I can go out with her for only one Night somwhere in Ibiza just for one damn night ahhhhh baby that will be the best night in my life.

Does anyone know when exactly did the Alice DJ group brake up and what happened to Judy? Where is she now? and is she making a comeback. I would like to hear some news about her since i love her music just as much as all of you do.

Thanks

hey people, just a shout out to all the ALICE DEEJAY fan's out there. i don't think they have split up as such, i think the producers are working on other projects at the moment e.g. the not so good CANDEE JAY. i love who needs guitars anyway and i think judy & the team are working on new material. the first time i heard ALICE DEEJAY'S better off alone, i loved it, then i got hooked, just waiting for the new stuff now

In 2002 the front singer and dance of Alice Deejay, Judy (Judith Pronk), decided to stop the project. The group's last performance was in Utrecht in september 2002. Since then Judy has worked in tv. I don't know what she is doing today. Her website is not now.

I loved Alice Deejay. The group consisted of the two DJs Pronti & Kalmani that are still making music, Judy, and at least one more. The latest project of Pronti & Kalmani was with another singer and was called "candee jay", but I think that it has failed completely. It's not very good.

Whereas none of the songs on "Who needs guitars anyway" were written by Judy, I think that it is fair to say that she was the one who provided the freshness, joy and positivity that was needed for Alice Deejay to become a club hit.

Although I know that it appears to be Judy herself who took the decision to stop the project, I still hope that she'll come back with something of her own. If you agree, please go and show your appreciation by writing a few nice words to Judy here:
