Discussion: The Weakerthans Very nice to listen to, wonderful voice, AMAZING lyrics!!!!!! John K Samson rocks!!!!!!This band from Winnipeg, Manitoba makes me so proud to be Canadian! :D Their new album is very good, but my favorite is Left and Leaving. I mean, I met John P. Sutton, the bassist at the Juno Cup in Edmonton this past weekend .... and man oh man, would I ever love to meet him again. I think he was just hillarious to talk to. Very easy going, very sweet .... and might I add ..... EXTREMELY GORGEOUS !!!! So besides the fact he asked me to MARRY HIM, which was obvious NOT serious, .... ALTHOUGH I WISH IT WERE ... or maybe he was (LOL) I wouldn't mind hearing them play sometime in BC.
