>>By sancho   (Monday, 18 Nov 2002 17:24)

i like the name   (Wednesday, 20 Nov 2002 19:16)

This pop-punk has got to go, and someone needs to start back up the ska!

>>By Senser   (Wednesday, 20 Nov 2002 21:26)

whats up with System of a down releasing a cd called "steal this album"? sound familiar at all I hate retarded bands

>>By ando   (Monday, 25 Nov 2002 05:31)

I think it would be cool to see the old "jack kevorkian and" or green world back in circulation.

>>By stubbs   (Monday, 16 Dec 2002 04:14)

what the fuck happened to these guys? after their first two cds it sounds like these guys got raped by a shittier version of new found glory( i guess it's possible, a shittier version of NFG that is). Please bring back the good old rockin ska

>>By subbed out   (Tuesday, 17 Dec 2002 22:39)

Yeah they're first two albumns kicked ass, but the new ones kinda suck. It doesn't have that fast pace ska core sound any more. Bring back the glory days of ska and punk!

>>By Punk's not dead   (Friday, 3 Jan 2003 22:22)

First off, System Of A Down kicks ass, and steal this album is a GREAT cd so I guess I dont see what your problem is ando. But oh well. I think im just a little pissed that people are judging bands by the name of their album over there musical content. Music is great, not just one sort of breed. Ive bitched long enough. later

whatever the band decides to do i will continue to appreciate what their creativity and unique style brings to the scene

>>By premer   (Monday, 14 Apr 2003 09:54)

I don't understand the big deal. Their new cd was great. And chances are since they're indie again they'll go back to the "ska" sound. I enjoyed the self-titled catchiness and don't lie you did too.

>>By shaun   (Wednesday, 16 Apr 2003 04:21)

man guys urr all pretty harsh dont ya think? i mean ya i like the ska stuff but damn give em a break there trying to make a living with the changing times not trying to make music to please you...

What the F*CK happend. the suicide machines used 2 be the bes band ever. i loved their first 2 albums mostly the 1st because it wasn't so hard rock but battle hymns. the ska was the best but now i hate them.

>>By put the F back in art   (Saturday, 10 May 2003 15:41)

I guess this Band is too Punk for all you's guys. They'er so punk that you people hate em, and the Band probably loves it. You people are gonna keep this band Good. the more people they piss off, the happier they will be. The last two albums are just as good as their first two. Their just different, thats all. So shut the fuck up all you Critics. Kiss my ass and keep crying............... PEACE!!!!!!!!

The suicide Machines were probally one of the best bands of the 90's. It is good that can go use different sounds and still sound good. They are good for that time when the band needs a easy song for a gig and a short notice.

>>By Pihs   (Friday, 30 May 2003 16:53)

im just gettin into the suicide machines, i realized i had always liked their songs, but never knew it was them till recently, i cant wait to hear more. im mad i wasnt into them earlier.

>>By jay   (Monday, 30 Jun 2003 04:10)

yeah...i wanna know more about these guys, but it seems i'm too blonde to go to the right places. I downloaded some songs to see what they were like after hearing one of their songs on the disney channel movie "Brink". haha...I want more...but..i don't know what album to get to get that same sound as the song "look before you leap" or "permenent holiday" !! help? !!!!

>>By maddie   (Monday, 30 Jun 2003 20:43)

ok, come on... just because the band changes music, don't hate them. if you think they "were the best band" you would change so you could follow "the best band". Now, i am a big ska fan... i love reel big fish, sublime, less than jake, and ESPECIALLY the suicide machines. You people are lame if you hate the band because they changed...

>>By Adam   (Tuesday, 1 Jul 2003 14:48)

maddie, the cd is destruction by definition.

>>By Adam   (Tuesday, 1 Jul 2003 14:49)

Suicide machines are awesome, they always experiment, and every CD they've put out has been awesome (even the self-title!, it was just a little different). They kick ass.

>>By Ryan   (Tuesday, 1 Jul 2003 21:13)

I just saw the suicide machines in cincinnatti on warped '03, and it was the best show i have ever been a part of. they (Jay) has a stage presence that seems intimately close with all the fans. consequently, I picked up a match and some gasoline, and it sounds so awesome, a lot like battle hymns, maybe even better! fast, political, infectious ska punk. I would follow them around the country if I had the $!!

Hey guys, cut the crap. Steal this record i think is NOWHERE near NFG, totally different.
Suicide Machines are a superior punk band who arent afraid to experiment with different kinds of music. We all know they arent ever gonna get mainstream - which is what we want, but let them do their thing for now and in the end, you will be eating your words.
