I agree Completely..... Amazing shows, great folks, good times :)

4/20 at the suwannee was amazing. i'm still waiting for a recording to be released so i can verify what, in hindsight, seemed to be an almost impossiibly outstanding show. rock on, cheesy ones.

Cheeze is the best journey of the mind music that i can think of, their presence is more than most people will ever understand, totally Psycedelic music brings out the good in most people, i hope they play Jellyfish when i see them, keep on jammin guys! Evan

Red Rocks will be the best Cheese show of the year. Even better than the Fillmore, which was by all accounts and reviews, THE best Cheese ever. The band simply sends the crowd to new heights in Colorado. The bans inspiration and love of Colorado shows in their music. Don't miss the Incident in Morrison. You won't be dissapointed. The scenery isn't bad either.

hey everyone im new to this. my great grandfather was a fiddler/banjo/guitar player back in the 1920s and 30s. he was in a band called "The Hillbillies". he wrote such bluegrass standards as "Nine Pound Hammer", "Roll On Buddy" and "East Tennessee Blues". if anyone out there is into bluegrass give me a message. thanks

String Cheese Incident covers one of my great grampas songs, "Nine Pound Hammer". He also wrote "East Tennessee Blues" and "Roll On Buddy, Roll On". Garcia/Grissman covered "Nine Pound Hammer" back on there 1992 album. Heres one of his sites www.oldtimemusic.com/FHOFBowman.html . Id be thrilled to hear from anyone familiar with his music. string cheese incident is without a doubt among the most amazing groups of artists i have ever seen. they cannot be classified, but if you havent heard them go to archive.org and you can listen to a little over 800 sci shows. listen to the spokane wa. show at the big easy 4/07/05 w/ drew emmit, tangled up in blue encore was amazing. i think its on page 2.

how bout that halloween show at the orleans! my mind was taking to places i never thought existed and it's still following the bread crumbs home....!
>>By tmin
ariel, go to archive.org and you can download and listen to a ton of live shows from all over the country. Trying to sum up the band and their music in words wouldn't do them justice, just take some time to listen and you'll know. best of luck to you, let yourself enjoy the music!!!
