Discussion: The Killers i love the killers so much i love the way they use so many different earas in dehr music its perfect. They've got soul, rock, pop, funk, dance, techno, ballards etc there so varied and i love them!!!!!!!!!! So I listened to their singles and was completely disappointed.What do you need my arguments for anyway? My favorite songs are Mr. Brightside, Smile like you mean it, Everything will be alright, and there's another song I like but for some reason can't remember the title of it... it's track 8 if any of you seem to care, lol. >>By Valienc Smile like you mean it is good, yeah! Mr.Brightside's video is great, and the song's very good as well! But my all time favourite is Somebody told me! God - is this song amazing or what!!! For me it's the best on the album. I even dreamed it! I know, it sounds funny, i've never dreamed a song before!!! I mean....dream music..!? >>By Eli_Molko Hi Eli_Molko, how are you, I saw the killers smashing their equipment in a magazine and thought it was pretty clisheish(don't mind the spelling) and unoriginal, but that one song on the radio sounds good. I try not to listen to too much crazy music anymore(i'm talkin like an old man) because it rots the brain, I find I listen to jazz or classical or folk and the brain is more "rested". Please, The Killers are the perfect example of why the industry is broke( along with Kings of Leon, Jet, Good Charlotte,Mars Volta, The Strokes, and all the rest). I actually do think they have "vocals, talent, a message, and a look". Hence the "indie" part. Yeah there are bands that sound alike these days but bands like Jet, Mars Volta, The Strokes, and of course The Killers are making it. They have some good songs, you can't deny that, if you could they wouldn't be listened to by people, right?
