These girls have put out like 17 albums with lyrics about “partying” and “getting down with dudes”, but they’re all either married or total homebodies. Wussup with that? I don’t need to re-iterate another Donnas review… especially seeing as how this stuff doesn’t differ vastly from older Donnas stuff I’ve heard. (except for this time around, I did happen to notice a shitload more of cowbell than before. COWBELL EVERYWHERE.) Songs about “guys” and parties and stuff that sounds like Motley Crue. Disregard the current trend that embraces bad 70’s and 80’s culture, and the notion that glam rock is “cute” and “cool”… it’s not. It totally fucking blows.
