Cornells finest works are to be found on the solo album 'Euphoria Morning' yeah im a huge soundgarden fan...i was a teenager when they formed so i was theer at their peak...'Euphoria Morning' is definately an album that every music fan should own without a doubt......

>>By Da Blues

Absolutely. Totally different to Soundgarden, far better than Audioslave.

Monkeyfeet, don't hate Jonny for what he did to you. He's one of the greatest guitarists who ever lived. It was worth it.

>>By Flagg

No, you seem to have this wrong. I was not bullied by Jonny, radiohead are a bunch of arse and soundgarden are great. Thanks in advance to the bot that takes this post down, dont know what it takes to get in with the in crowd round here...

>>By monkeyfeet

euphoria morning is pretty amazing especially the song wave godbye about jeff buckley! i kinda just love everything chris seems to do!

>>By keels

I feel the same way keels. Have you heard Jeff Buckley's "Grace"? If not you should. Another great cd is "Sap".That one was done with Layne. I love that cd.

>>By music lover

Still think Cornell and Soundgarden are the masters at everything they did....no one has come close to accomplishing what they have musically....Cornell is amazing as far as his writing talents and his vocal talents....love him dearly and have nothing but the highest regards for him....still left hangin as to what exactly "Fopp" stands for....she says with a sheepish grin....hope someone will help me out

>>By dmaria

Sorry while I love Soundgarden and Audioslave Nirvana has accomplished far more and are the greatest In my opinion

>>By MetalBladeRecords

Dunno how you can compare nirvana to soundgarden.....

cornell....alcohol and drug addiction...great voice...great talent....beat his demons and remains..

cobain...shit voice....no talent.....junkie......dead...........erm....if ur shit and ya die young ur still classed as a genius......nice one kurt....couldnt compete with the big boys huh!!

>>By Da Blues

I think that's a bit unfair, but Nirvana are one of the most overrated bands ever. They set the standard for nineties rock music, but Soundgarden were by far the better band.

And Pearl Jam are even better :) :) :)

>>By Flagg

and Dablues proves his stupidity for all to see Soundgarden and Nirvana were both grunge bands Kurt had an amazing voice Cornell had a good voice

they both did drugs so how can you call one a junkie and the other not

Kurt had way more talent than Cornell andKurt also had prescence something else that Cornell was lacking

so back to my first point Dablues Is an Idiot

>>By MetalBladeRecords

I'm with Da Blues on this. Cornell's voice was - and still is - much more powerful. Cobain sounded whiny most of the time.

>>By Flagg

and we all know flagg doesnt sh*t so his vote doesnt count

>>By MetalBladeRecords

HAHAHA!!!! MetalBladeRecords........did you actually see that i said Cornell had a drug addiction?? It's just that obviously i have a greater vocabulary than yourself and was merely using different words for the same instance....i am far from an idiot and it all comes down to personal taste at the end of the day, yet if you really want to put Cornell and Cobain against each other...lyrically, musically and vocally Cornell is far superior Cobain...look at what CC has achieved, compared to Cobain...yeah he's a legend but for the cliched Rock and roll reason that he died young. Cornell stands and still is highly admired by many!! I rest my case......

>>By Da Blues

Regardless of any enemies I may have made by liking Radiohead, Chris Cornell does and always will own Kurt Cobain to incredible extremes. His voice is stronger and his band were more adventurous, and the music is more interesting and varies more, he never did a rubbish Blink 182-style song (*cough*sliver*cough*) and he worked with Eddie Vedder on the excellent 'Temple of the Dog' album instead of slagging him off because he was getting more popular.

>>By Flagg

wow and an over inflated ego to match your Vocabulary fails in comparison to my own

Its a pity you cant see past your own stupidity and accept the fact that Kurt is a God and better than Cornell

and you said Cornell had a drug addiction but reffered to Cobain as a "No talent Junkie" a very biased opinion tisk tisk

>>By MetalBladeRecords

MetalBlade, you're talking like someone who knows they're superior to everyone else, but you're not giving a very convincing argument. Nirvana's music is all pretty similar, alot of it quite basic, and his voice had two settings: scream and whine. Cornell seems to have had (and is still having) a much more flexible, adventurous career, and his voice is much much more powerful.

>>By Flagg

Ahh man!! I have an ego....well its the first i know about it....ego's cover no talent....Cobain had an ego....couldnt live up to the image he created in his own head....others include Axl Rose, Dave Lee Roth....etc etc.....

>>By Da Blues

Ego aside, it should be obvious that Cornell is the better artist.

>>By Flagg

Hiya Flagg.....i dunno, some people just cant see it

>>By Da Blues

sorry Cobain is the better artist

>>By MetalBladeRecords

We'll have to agree to disagree or Marek will have all our asses and delete the whole thing.

>>By Flagg

Uhoh.

Sorry Marek I didn't mean it, please don't erase me.

>>By Flagg

I guess we will have to leave it at that

>>By MetalBladeRecords

Soundgarden is a tear from an eye dreaming" that's all like so much Chris Cornell there is no musik but a Soundgarden just fuck or die
