Discussion: Slipknot Slipknot is great music when you're pissed off. Mick Thompson and Joey are the best. I have seen Stone Sour and Murderdolls as well. The are also fucking amazing bands!!! Its true that Slipknot are splitting up which is SAD. But they can continue their music legacy through their other bands. Can anyone tell me when the 3rd album is said to come out? I know why its been delayed, Paul (Bass) was arrested for possesion of drugs. What more can I say but pleed Slipknot do one more tour before they split!! Slpknot, LONDON NEEDS YOU!!! Mushroom Head had this idea of using masks and costumes on gigs far before Slipknot even started! But if your really honest, every fuckin' mask-costume-band is rippin' Alice Cooper or KISS. But still, i don't believe there is any rippin' off happenin' between these bands. Somebody started it and somebody continues it. It may be heavier than Linkin Park, but it isn't Death or Thrash metal, and it certainly isn't anything else. Which only leaves Nu-metal.
