Discussion: Savage Garden Pages: 1 2 weel, I´m very sure about Darren. He is gay. you only have to listen his songs. For example in the last cd that is spin, one song is call strange relationship. Only if you read it what do you think? an then if you read the lyrics of this song you´ll see that he´s gay. The song is very specific. Other song is insatiable. it describes very clear thar he is gay. in the lyrics of other song call crush, in one part says about a man that inside of his heart. why doesn´t he talk about a girl? Well, I´m fan of his music, I love his music. he just have all to do amazing music. But I don´t like what he says on his songs.>>By miguel Hiya, I'm a 22yr old gayboy from Holland... But the thing that pisses me off is that a lot of you guys are saying it doesnt matter and then making ignorant and hateful comments about gay people. Darren's sexuality is his own business, and the business of whom he chooses to love (which, sorry to say, I doubt will be anyone fawning over him on this forum- he seemed rather freaked to have someone with posters of him and Daniel on their walls). But seriously, what would you do if he did say that he was? I'm not asking you to answer, just consider- I know that any person can just type an answer they feel is complete BS anyway. But if he was gay and came out openly, would you stop listening to his music? Would you say that he doesn't deserve your ear and admiration because of sexual preference? "Crash and Burn," as much of a guilty pleasure as it is to me, will forever be the most comforting song I have ever heard. This board seems to have turned into a place to make speculations about Darell's sexuality.
