Love the band!
Was just wondering... Is Rammstein popular in Germany? Because I read somewhere that they are actually more popular outside of their home country and that some Germans had issues with the band personally. But I dont know if thats true. And I can't remember where I read it.
Anyway, I have to see them in concert before I die..... Love 'em!

They have loooads of American fans and a lot of people in general accuse them of being Nazis and stuff even though they're obviously not... so Germans object to them on the grounds that people think of Rammstein as "stupid Germans", making Germany look bad

People should leave politics out of it. They are good artists with some kick-ass songs, so WTF?!! I bought a dvd of theirs a year or so ago. Its called "Lichtspielhaus": its got a few live shows and music vids. Its one of my fave music dvd's. (Just thought I would mention it!) Excuse me while I go watch my dvd and dream of seeing them live someday!!!!

hmmm... i saw them live twice ... and it was something i would never forget. the first time because i had to climb over a fence to get the paramedic help (for myself, yes) and the second time because of standing outside the concert hall 5 hours before the concert. but i got in as the second one :)
both concerts were of the reise reise tour and they were faboulus... magnificent... rammstein are wirklich die Königen...

yeah, they're only proud of being german. and if they're not, then i'm proud for them. it really sucks being an american :D for example, the reise reise tour was held in europe... not to mention the great too-big american ego...

Don't know that much bout them, yet whát i know is that they really know what they're singing about. And so powerful their sound is.......amazing. Would be glad if i could see them once alive! Great band.
